Description of the Investment Opportunity
As part of its Privatization Program, the Hellenic Republic has entrusted the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (the
“HRADF”) with the process of structuring a transaction for the development of 5 properties including thermal springs (the
„‟Thermal Springs” or the “Properties”). Currently, the properties under consideration are: 1) Edipsos, 2) Kamena Vourla, 3)
Kamena Vourla Koniavitis, 4) Thermopylae and 5) Loutra Ypatis.
