Introduction
Here is a great chance to test your skill on a demanding course over a variety of off road
terrain including crossing the “quarry”, stairs, through the pit and up the other side.
This isn't a drive through the park but a real opportunity for individuals to experience the
might of a 4 x 4 in this session.
Our fantastic off road vehicles, have been customised and have the ability to tackle almost
any terrain so you can really ‘go for it’ and power on through!
Bristol Location
ACF’s base is nestled at the foot of the Mendip Hills in amongst acres of vineyard and scenic land and
offering some of the best facilities in the UK for activity and teambuilding days.
The site is a 25 minute drive from Bristol City centre and only 5 minutes from Bristol Airport with easy
access from the M4 and M5. ACF is also on a convenient route from South Wales.

Your session will begin with an introduction and safety briefing on the vehicle. Learn safe handling and
driving tips to help you get around the course. Guests will then take it in turns to be the driver while
others sit in the back and be driven around the course. A maximum of 4 people will be in each session.
At the end of the session you will be awarded with an ACF 4x4 Off Road Driving certificate.
Off Road Driving Experiences will operate on selected dates Monday – Friday (Limited Saturdays).
Your experience will last up to 90 minutes with a minimum drive time of 15 minutes for each
participant.

Guidelines
TIMINGS: Please call ACF on 01934 862305 to book. Please plan to be onsite for up to 1 hour.
ACTIVITIES: There may be other activities taking place on the same day.
SPECTATORS: WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT BRING ANY SPECTATORS. Due to the nature of the activities involved and
where they are located on the activity site, spectators will not be able to view the activities. Facilities are also limited.
DRESS CODE: Our recommendation for clothing is something loose fitting and comfortable. Ladies should wear trousers. Although it is
unlikely you will get very muddy, we recommend you wear something that you don’t mind getting dirty. Footwear should be sturdy and
flat. Boots, sensible shoes or trainers are ideal. In the colder months ACF recommend additional clothing such as hats, scarves and gloves.
SAFETY GUIDELINGS: Drivers must have a current driving licence, Passengers must be a minimum of 8yrs old. Height Restriction: 6ft 5”.
Weight Restriction: 18 stone.
Booking Conditions
1.CANCELLATION/ POSTPONEMENT BY THE CLIENT: Once you have had your place confirmed on an Adventure Activity Day, ACF
Teambuilding & Events Ltd will require 7 day notice in order to change or cancel your place.
2. LIABILITY: Neither the proprietors of ACF Teambuilding & Events Ltd nor their servants or agents accept liability for any personal injury,
loss, or damage of any kind sustained by a guest or spectator whilst taking part in or spectating at an activity organised by ACF
Teambuilding & Events Ltd.
3. IN THE INTEREST OF SAFETY: ACF Teambuilding & Events staff reserves to right to refuse a client access to take part in activities on the
day should they suspect the participant to be under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
4. CANCELLATION BY ACF TEAMBUILDING & EVENTS LTD: We shall make every reasonable effort to stage the event but the right to cancel
is reserved by us. If we are obliged to cancel we shall not give less than 24 hour notice and we will offer alternative dates throughout the
following 12 months. After that we shall have no further liability.
5 EQUIPMENT: All equipment at ACF Teambuilding & Events Ltd is maintained to a high standard; however, in the unlikely event that any
equipment fails or is not suitable for the weather conditions, an alternative activity will be provided.
6. SAFETY STATEMENTS: A safety statement will be issued on the day which must be read and signed before participation.
7. RESTRICTIONS: Any medical conditions should be brought to our attention prior to the event.
8. ANIMALS: No animals are allowed on site.

the main ACF reception. The instructors will meet you at the Lodge. There is car
parking available on the gravel area adjacent to the Lodge.
