Action Against Hunger visits your school to teach students
about the global problem of malnutrition. After the session,
students will look for “sponsors” – people they know who
commit to making a small donation for each km or lap they
manage to run on the day of the race.
NURSERY
PRIMARY
The youngest students will be take part in a dedicated
activity so that they too can show their solidarity.
The global hunger problem is explained in a simple way to
the youngest children.
“It is very important to start young, fostering
solidarity among both the children and their
families.”
“We believe it’s essential that the children know
what’s going on in the world from a very early age.
The future is theirs.”
Rosa, Nursery teacher

An educational initiative that lets your students lead the
fight against hunger.
Your students will understand the global hunger problem
by taking an in-depth look at its causes and they can get
actively involved in an international charity project.
“We take part in this initiative at our school because
we think it is an excellent way of raising young people’s
awareness about the need to live every day with solidarity
and the importance of having their support in eradicating
hunger and extreme poverty.”
Father Alejandro Vicente, Colegio San Agustín, Madrid
“I run against hunger because I don’t think it’s fair
that I have things that I don’t even appreciate and
other people don’t even have food to eat.”
Carolina, 15 years old
