Dimensions: thickness up to 18 mm, width up to 2000mm, length
up to 6000 mm. For some products there is a possibility to offer
perforation in coils (coil width up to1600 mm). For some types of
perforation there is limitation for thickness and width of the sheet
or necessity of making technological unperforated margins.

perforation according to client’s drawing or with full perforated

Dimensions, distances among axes of holes and tolerances are
carried out in accordance with PN 76/M-94060/01..10. Tolerances of thickness and dimensions of perforated plates according
to above mentioned standard (PN). All projects can be made
according to PN, DIN or customer’s design. The table shows the
maximum size of non-perforated margins, depending on width
of the sheet (PN).

In case of ordering longitudinal or rectangular holes
(marked with two values), it is necessary to specify
which value of hole is expected to be parallel to the
longer side of sheet. It is also important to provide
information about final application of ordered
items. All details are to be consulted with our sales
department. For technical reasons there are some
restrictions regarding perforation process of plates
with thickness similar to the diameter of hole, or
when the „bridge” (metal among the edges of holes)
is smaller than the thickness of sheet.

durable ceiling panels made with semi
finished products as perforated sheets
or expanded metal really suitable for
achieving expected open area, weight
and of course the desired final appearance.
Dimensions can be adjusted to the
individual projects and mounting system. We offer a wide range of colors
(RAL), raw materials (mild steel, galvanized, aluminum, stainles steel...). Our

Dimensions: sheet thickness from
0,5-4mm, Sheet’s width up to 1500
mm, the bridge parameter - “c” - up
to 15mm (depends on the size of the
mesh, thickness of the sheet). “c” parameter over 5mm - after consultation.
Way of ordering (quide): expanded
metal, pre-galvanized - 1000x2000
mm - 20x62x3x2 - 50 pcs
Size of meshes, parameters: we assume that the length of the mesh ‚t’
value is constant, while the width of
the „t1” value is an adjustable parameter, which depends on the size of the
bridge „c”, thickness of material „s” and
the tool cavity. Internal dimensions of
the meshes are theoretical.
Mesh arrangement: we assume that
the longer dimension of the mesh
is parallel to the width of plate. Max
value of the width must not exceed
1500mm.

Overhaul 2012
Centre of Warsaw -main railway station
in Warsaw.
Before Euro 2012 football competition
central railway station has been renovated. Overhaull process started in
mid-2010, and have been completed
at the turn of the year 2011 and 2012.
Main works during the renovations :
all ceilings on first floor have been removed, instalation of new passengers
information system, mounting of the
new modern lighting, ticket machines
and facilities for disabled people.
“Murator” one of the most famous Polish architectural magazines recognized Warsaw central railway station
in February 2012 as an “Icon of Polish
architecture of the twentieth century “,
and “As an example of modernist architecture with special qualities.”

Ceilings are specially suitable in the
places where sound absorbing or humidity resistance are really needed.
Panels are mounted into the standard

offered in cassette’s version made with

and others materials available on request.
Depending on the type of grade and
designer’s requirements we propose
several types of surface’s treatment
processes as painting, polishing,
grinding or anodizing.
PERFOPOL has got a large number of
perforation patterns designed for providing to architects ready solutions
suitable to ensure sound absorption
