members and fans the opportunity to experience the Sunstone Estate
with a stay at the luxurious on - property Villa.. Once a private residence,
The Villa is now proud to share it’s unique architecture and authenticity
with a select few.
Surrounded by sweeping views overlooking the Santa Ynez Mountains
and the winery’s 55-acre estate, the Villa at Sunstone is an old world
architectural masterpiece. Built from Imported ancient limestone from
France, and wood beams and roof tiles reclaimed from a 19th century
lavender factory, once owned by Queen Victoria, the Tuscan-inspired
Villa boasts 8,500 square feet of luxury living space.
Completed in 2004, the Villa was constructed entirely from ancient
artifacts and materials recovered from buildings and humble French
villages by Sunstone founders Fred and Linda Rice while on numerous
trips to quarries and reclamation yards.
Surrounded by world class recreation, fine dining and world renown
vineyards and wineries, the Villa at Sunstone is the perfect place to
celebrate your special occasion, an intimate wine excursion or a luxury

Spend the holidays relaxing in wine country, and feel like you have
walked into Provence, all while being situated on the Sunstone
Winery Estate.
The Villa at Sunstone boasts five master suites, replete with private
baths, walk in showers, fine linens, and gourmet espresso machines.
There is a full kitchen, eight fireplaces, billiards room, courtyards,
patios, a tower, wine cellar, and sweeping views of the mountains,
and vineyard. Your heartrate will decrease the moment you arrive.
