in epoxy formulations. West System epoxy is designed for boatbuilding and
repair by experienced builders and formulators who know the engineering and
the chemistry required for today’s high-performance composite structures. The
West System is the most well balanced epoxy system available today.

fits in any standard caulking gun. The pre-thickened components pass through a static mixer in which they are fully blended before being dispensed
in a smooth, workable bead.
G/FLEX 650 EPOXY
A toughened, versatile, liquid epoxy for permanent waterproof bonding of fibreglass, ceramics, metals, plastics, damp and difficult-to-bond woods.
With a modulus of elasticity of 150,000 PSI (approx 1 GPa), it is more flexible than standard epoxies and polyester, but much stiffer than adhesive
sealants. This gives G/flex the ability to make structural bonds that can absorb the stress of expansion, contraction, shock and vibration. It is ideal
for bonding dissimilar materials. It can be modified with West System fillers and additives and used to wet-out fibreglass tapes and fabrics. Mixed at
a 1:1 ratio, G/flex has approximately 45 minutes of working time at room temperature.
G/FLEX 655 EPOXY
A thickened, easy-to-use epoxy that permanently bonds fibreglass, ceramics, metals, plastics, damp and difficult-to-bond woods. G/flex is toughened

The Teak Nu two-step, Formula 1 and Formula 2 chemical
process removes grey mildew stains, oil, fuel and fish
blood stains without softening deck seams.
Teak treated with Teak Nu has the warm golden glow of
freshly sanded wood – without hours of sanding.
Teak Wonder is the clearest of treatments during application and
becomes practically invisible once it has dried. The wood, once treated
with Teak Wonder, is slightly lighter than that just sanded.
One month after application there is still no sign of the product, in
fact the wood remains clear, clean and free from dust or residue. It is
recommended that two coats be applied with sponge or bristle to obtain
saturation.

The p3 Surface Care System has been developed specifically for the marine environment by a leading team of polymer chemists from the dental
coatings industry taking a systematic and innovative approach to create a new product range for the superyacht industry.
1. DEEP CLEAN
Prior to any surface restoration treatment, organic and mineral stain
removal is carried out using p3 Deep Clean in order to avoid working
existing contaminants into the surface.
2. SURFACE RESTORER
Prior to the application of p3 Protective Glaze, it is important to restore
and renovate the surface by cleaning out the surface pores, removing
swirl marks, holograms, oxidisation and minor scratches.
3. PROTECTIVE GLAZE
p3 Protective Glaze is designed to preserve and protect. It provides UV
and IR protection without penetrating the surface, while maintaining a
high gloss finish on either gelcoat or paint.
4. PERFORMANCE SHAMPOO
Developed to preserve all surfaces treated with p3 Protective Glaze,
when used on a regular basis, this shampoo will maintain and prolong
the integrity of the protective coating.
