When logged in, you can find some quick information here such as how many reservation requests have you made, how many are pending or confirmed etc. Also here you can find the changes made on your requests today and the latest changes made on the hotels (new offers, stop sales etc) 4. Hotels On hotels page you can browse our hotels in order to make new requests. By default you will see co-operating hotels on all destinations (Crete, corfu etc). By clicking to an area you see all subareas . 5. Search You can search at the same time by hotel name or by area name. When you search for an area you will see all hotels of this area. 6. Search Criteria You can provide number of persons and date details in order to get the prices of the hotels. Also you can filter results by using multiple search criteria such as: hotel category or hotel type ,boarding, facilities, budget etc. 7. Search Results In this page you will see all hotels that match search criteria ,with starting prices as well as reduced prices when a special offer is ongoing. 8. Hotel Details Presentation of hotel details namely photos, description, details of services and mostly Here you have the ability to see: *all room types offered at the specific hotel *complete rate panel for all room types for all periods *ongoing special offers – early booking discounts * stop sale periods , if any 9. Requests Page- Modification or cancellation of reservation Here you will find an updated List of all your reservation requests on our system and their status. If you wish to modify an existing reservation you you should fill in the respective request which will automatically be send to our reservations team which after completing the modification will notify you by e mail to enter our system and retrieve the updated reservation. Same procedure is followed for reservations to be cancelled and in case cancellation fees are applicable you will receive the revised invoice. 10. Submit your request With an easy wizard of 5 steps you can confirm and submit your reservation request. On your e mail you will find a receipt confirmation of reservation request from us. The reservation request will be responded by our reservations team within few working hours Monday to Saturday by notification on your e mail which will prompt you find the status of the reservation in our system . Delay in confirming a reservation may occur only in case requested room type is on option for reconfirmation status, by another client. Upon reservation confirmation you will receive invoice in order to proceed to payment. Travel documents such as voucher and invitation for visa issue will be send to you by our reservations department Upon payment of the invoice. 11. All the details needed for a new request
