Every year one company is selected as the winner of the
AzBL Leadership Award™. This prestigious award represents
the finest companies in Arizona and gives consideration to
revenue and profitability, employee development, industry
reputation and community involvement. Nominated
companies submit competitive applications to the AzBL
Awards Committee. The Committee interviews finalists
prior to making a recommendation to the AzBL Board of
