The wall structure of Kero thermal log house is design protected and based
on the traditional dovetail joint. Between the sturdy wooden surfaces of the
log lies a wood fiber insulation with excellent heat-insulating capabilities.
The external wall meets all heat insulation requirements without any extra
insulation so typical to log houses.
The fiber insulation used in Kero log houses absorbs and
releases moisture just as wood itself. The compact
insulation prevents air flow inside the walls and eliminates
the need for a separate vapor barrier plastic or wind break plates.
This insulation does not emit harmful dust, or irritate our system.
It is of the utmost importance that heat insulation can be managed
safely during the construction phase.
