PROJECT PROFILE: Prop Flat Track is a fitting choice
for this modern home with a traditional twist. The
oak sliding door dwells between a sitting room and
a home studio. Using a sliding door economizes the
space in this smaller room, making it feel larger. The
door is open most of the time, but can be closed, to
afford a feeling of privacy when this industrial designer
has visiting clients. The sliding hardware's black finish
compliments the room's monochromatic decor.

panel the designer uses to sketch out ideas; its great for
kids as well. Even though this door is large and heavy, it
glides with just the touch of a finger. The door is guided
at the bottom by a t-guide, which is always concealed.

PROJECT PROFILE: An old gate was replaced with
a reclaimed, old sliding door at the entrance to this
residence. The dark oak door was found at a salvage
shop and paired with traditional Horseshoe hardware.
Both are a fitting choice in this historic neighborhood
in Butchers Hill, Baltimore. Finish: Oil-Rubbed Bronze

ABOVE, RIGHT: The Horseshoe Flat Track was used on a heavy
solid wood door in an office environment. A sliding door is the
perfect choice to create a space that encourages collaboration,
but also allows for privacy when needed. The door typically
stays in the open position, but can easily slide into the closed
position, reducing hallway noise. The Horseshoe Hangers
compliment the rustic, arts & crafts door design, a harmonious

Configurations
To determine the hardware needed, follow these general guidelines.
Single Door
Single door hardware kits have been specifically designed
for 24, 30, 36, 42, 48, and 54” doors on a single section of
track. Kits for doors wider than 54” are made of multiple
sections. For doors that are ‘in between’ sizes (e.g.,
32”), you may select an oversized track and pair it with
adjustable end stops, or have a custom track length
made-to-order.
Biparting Door Pair
Biparting (double) doors require two independent kits
mounted side by side. Choose your kits based on each
individual door’s width. Doors will stop just as they come
together at the center.
Multi-Door
Needing something a little different? Custom length kits
or kits with multiple doors are easily designed and custom
fabricated for any project requirement.
