3-Case
204.00
180.00
The 2004 Meritage is focused on structure while maintaining a rich, fruity nose with complex oak
undertones. As with most of our wines, the Meritage is made to be drinkable upon release, but with the
structure-focused style of the 2004, it will age nicely for quite a few years.
Only 445 cases produced.
2003 MIGLIÓRE RESERVE (ITALIAN BLEND)
62% Refosco, 22% Sangiovese, 9% Cabernet and 7% Nebbiolo

Miglióre means “the best” in Italian... This hearty wine has meaty aromas of earth, spice and oak.
On the palate, flavors of spice, dark fruit and caramel are complimented by balanced acidity and gentle

180.00
Majeure means “major” in French. This Rhône blend has an earthy bouquet of spiced vanilla with
undercurrents of chocolate, mint and blackberries. It has a crisp fore-palate, with a soft middle and gentle
finish.
Only 285 cases produced.
2004 PETITE SIRAH RESERVE
100% Petite Sirah
224.00
180.00
This inky, dark purple gem has aromas of plum, black pepper and toasted oak. With flavors of
pepper, spice, earth and oak, it has a full bodied, long finish. Aging potential is 5 years.
Only 435 cases produced.
What does the term “Reserve” imply?
In order to carry the “Reserve” label at Boeger, our wines must meet the established criteria. First and
foremost, a reserve wine will not be produced if the reallocation causes any detriment to the rest of the varietal under
the standard label. Once a wine has been selected for the reserve program it undergoes additional cellar aging and
treatment. Finally, the resulting reserve blend undergoes a blind tasting by our staff to determine that it is indeed
different than and superior to the standard label. By adhering to these criteria, we cannot necessarily guarantee a
follow-up vintage of any given reserve wine. We believe that the term “Reserve” must carry meaning, restricted to
only the superior vintages of a varietal.

DEHLINGER WINERY
Dehlinger Winery is located in the heart of its 45 acre vineyard on a ridge of red gravelly soil in
Sonoma County's cool Russian River Valley. The alternating influences of California sun, and
fog from the Pacific Ocean 13 miles to the West, create a hybrid climate favorable for hillside
grape growing. Started by Davis-trained enologist Tom Dehlinger with the planting of the
initial 14 acres of vineyard in 1975, the first vintages were made from purchased Chardonnay,
Cabernet Sauvignon, and Zinfandel grapes from other Sonoma County vineyards. From the
start, the emphasis has been on small amounts of hand-worked, barrel-aged wines made with
the aim of extracting, developing, and preserving the maximum flavor from the grapes.
With the passage of time and the planting and maturing of all of our available acreage, the
focus is now entirely on Estate Grown wines. Annual production averages 7000 cases. Wines
produced are Estate Bottled Chardonnay, Pinot noir, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon. A portion
of the grapes are actually sold to other wineries.
Dehlinger Winery is more interested in perfection of technique and the balance and intensity of
flavors than in making large amounts of wine. Each small part of the vineyard is thinned,
harvested and fermented as an individual in order to monitor the unique qualities of its wine.
The growing techniques of pruning, canopy management, and thinning are adjusted to bring out
the potential of each piece of soil. The entire vineyard has been retrained to a split-canopy,
vertical shoot-positioned trellis system which allows for superior light penetration to the
fruiting zone and systematic hand care of the vines. Our crushing equipment allows for very
gentle handling of the grapes.
Besides owner-operators Tom and Carole Dehlinger, the staff includes veteran vineyard
manager Martin Hedlund and a year-round vineyard crew of five. Four to six additional
vineyard workers are employed seasonally from budbreak through harvest. Ken Brandt works
as a part-time cellarman during harvest, its aftermath, and at bottling. In July of 2005 Tom
Klassen joined us in the position of enologist.
Dehlinger Winery has a national reputation among wine connoisseurs that outstrips its physical
size. Critical publications have consistently given strong reviews for close to thirty years. Wine
writers have praised the winery for its uniqueness, quality, consistency and value. The winery
engages in no expensive promotion or publicity so that prices remain reasonable. We do not
offer on-site tasting.

2006 SAUVIGNON BLANC
Release Date April 1, 2007
$144 / 12 x 750ml
$ 80 / 12 x 375ml
Our 2006 Sauvignon Blanc is marked by the classic Frog's Leap Sauvignon Blanc aromas of
lemongrass, minerals, and bright floral notes. The flavors move through citrus, white peach, and
granite, all driven by unrelenting, bright acidity. Bracing and refreshing, there is no mistaking this
wine for Chardonnay.
2006 CHARDONNAY
Release Date Nov 1, 2007
$192 / 12 x 750ml
Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks and older French Oak barrels, the Frog’s Leap
Chardonnay eschews the heavy vanilla and buttery flavors typical of high-malolactic, high-alcohol
wines. Instead, the wine enters the palate cleanly and brightly with flavors of apricot, wet stone,
and a hint of vanilla. The wine’s bright and crisp finish makes it — low and behold, a food-friendly
Chardonnay.

2005 ZINFANDEL
Release Date April 1, 2007
$200 / 12 x 750ml
$112 / 12 x 375ml
The 2005 Zinfandel hits the mark right away with the cinnamon and nutmeg aromas mixed with
the classic Zinfandel qualities of wild berry and brambly fruits. Across the palate the wine
continues to reveal layers of fruit and earth that range from cherry and raspberry to cigar box and
cedar. The tannins are resolved and the texture is plush allowing for a Zin that is both rich and
quaffable.
75% Zinfandel ~ 17% Petite Sirah ~ 5% Carignane ~ 3% Napa Gamay
2005 MERLOT

$272 / 12 x 750ml
$152 / 12 x 375ml
$305/ 6 x 1.5 L
$102/ 1 x 3L
The purity of this 2005 Merlot shows in the wine’s classic aromas of cherry and ripe red fruit. On
the palate one can easily taste why Cab wasn’t needed for structure – this wine has a balance that is
best left to stand on its own. Flavors of chocolate, plum and pepper find great harmony with the
plush, soft texture of this merlot. With ripe fruit and clean flavors the wine is a perfect match with
frisee aux lardons.
100% Merlot
2005 CABERNET SAUVIGNON

$312 / 12 x 750ml
$175 / 12 x 375ml
$349/ 6 x 1.5 L
$116/ 1 x 3L
Once again the Frog’s Leap Cabernet highlights a soft texture, ripe fruit and a deep connection to
the vineyard — and delivers it all with an alcohol level below 14%. Aromas of currant and
blackberry combine with a warm spice tone. Flavors of dried black fruits pick up on the palate with
subtle touches of cedar, leather and a hint of black olive. Resolved tannins and integrated oak allow
for a mouth-feel that is soft yet lean with a long finish that is carried by the bright, natural acid of
the fruit.
2004 RUTHERFORD
Release Date Oct 1, 2007
$300 / 6 x 750 ml
$320/ 3 x 1.5 L
$210/ 1 x 3L
“Too much oak” was the mantra of the great Tchelistcheff and once again the Frog’s Leap
Rutherford honors that awareness. By toning down the oak influence, the Rutherford embraces its
terroir with open aromas of damp earth and dried fruit. This connection to the "dust" continues
with flavors of cassis, currant, and black olive. Like running your hand against the grain of velvet,
this wine offers restraint in its strength and subtlety in its brawn.
2005 PETITE SIRAH
Release Date Sept 1, 2007
$280/ 12 x 750 ml
Brooding and a little rustic, the aromas of the 2005 Petite Sirah range from black fruit and cherry to
caramel, cigar box and damp earth. The meaty, gamey, and inky black fruit of the Petite sirah grape
meet up with the Rutherford terroir, which adds a velvet-like touch to the tannins and a deep sense
of damp earth.

C E L L A R S
IL CUORE (pronounced eel quarry) means “THE HEART” in Italian, the language of
romance. The name is derived from the original watercolor artpiece featured on all five
of our wines, and is a fitting tribute to the Italian immigrants who first planted the
North Coast to vines in the late nineteenth century.
All wines are Mendocino County appellation. All wines assort for quantity discount.

Keller Estate
About Keller Estate
Owned by the Keller family, Keller Estate Winery and Vineyards is nestled in the Sonoma Coast and specializes
in creating artisan, handcrafted Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Syrah.
Originally founded by Arturo and Deborah Keller, today Keller Estate is directed by Ana Keller, Arturo Keller's
daughter. A commitment to aesthetics, quality and elegance have defined the way of life at Keller Estate and
resulted in outstanding wines from the region.
We are the southernmost winery in the Sonoma Coast appellation and the first to establish ourselves in the
Petaluma Valley. The terroir at Keller Estate is defined by the Petaluma Gap and is subject to two major
maritime influences. The San Pablo Bay lies immediately to the south, while to the northwest is an opening in
the coastal hills which allows masses of fog to flow freely towards the Petaluma Valley. This geographical
signature is unique and creates a cool and long growing season for our vineyards. Keller Estate’s Pinot Noir
grows particularly beautifully in these foggy conditions.
The estate is comprised of a large acreage of rangeland, olive groves, gardens, and vineyards. The Petaluma
River runs no more than a stone's throw from the western border of the property which rises from the sea level to
over 500 feet in elevation through spectacular series of hills. Views from the property are magnificent.
The panorama includes Mount Diablo and Tamalpais, Angel Island, the city of San Francisco, the Valley of the
Moon, and far Western Sonoma.

LEVERONI
V I N E Y A R D S
Pat Stornetta and Joe Leveroni, a sister-brother team, are winegrowers on the 570-acre Home Ranch with its 250
acres of vineyard and the family’s dairy of 500 milking cows. They continue a four-generation tradition of farming
and conservation that has preserved this historic site since 1886. The Home Ranch is located between Sonoma
Creek and Arnold Drive, just southwest of the town of Sonoma. Their Sonoma Valley Appellation vineyards are
separated from the Carneros District by Leveroni Road, the scenic wine country corridor that bears the family name.
Cooling afternoon winds and summer evening fog help create conditions that produce wines with great acidity and
structure, while displaying the lovely depth of flavor for which Carneros wines are renowned. The primary grape
varieties on their estate vineyard are Merlot and Chardonnay with smaller plantings of Syrah and Pinot Noir. Most
of the grapes are sold to prominent wineries, however Pat and Joe hold off a very small portion of the best fruit from
their property for their label, which was established in 1996. All four wines express the estate vineyard where they
were grown, and are priced as exceptional values.
2005 Chardonnay, Carneros, Estate Grown
Winemaking: Hand harvested, gentle pressing, barrel fermentation in French oak of
which 30% is new, (Coopers—Francois Frere, Billon & Cadus), ML fermentation,
aged Sur Lies with regular stirring, approximately 9 months in barrel. Aromas of pear,
spiced apple and citrus combine with sweet vanilla and hints of toasty oak. The fruit
impression continues it the flavors. The texture is creamy with nice acidity that leads to
a lingering finish. 557 cases produced.
2006 Pinot Noir, Sonoma Valley, Estate Grown
Winemaking: A fusion of classical Burgundian techniques and modern innovation.
Classic 5-day cold soak, Assmanshausen yeast, aged in French Oak of which 50% is
new, aged on light lees with some stirring, approximately 10 months in barrel. The
wine displays rich ruby color with aromas of ripe berry, violets, potpourri, warm brown

Beaune/Volnay best describes this svelte, sleek American burgundy.
Not an Oregon “Burgdeaux” or even a California “Rhongundy”, this
Pinot, although new world, emulates the grace and sophistication
of Old World style Pinot Noir. Aromas of strawberry and rhubarb
mingle with allspice and tea. Flavors of chocolate-covered-cherries
along with strawberry-vanilla cream intertwine with intriguing
truffle-like nuances. The body is medium weight yet expansively
full across the palate.
The finish, clean, with a lingering call for…………….MORE!!!!!!!

Plum, licorice and white pepper highlite our first release of this
venerable varietal. The clone planted on this three acre foothill
vineyard comes from one of the oldest and most respected growers in
Montiglio, Asti, Piedmonte. Suited for rustic Northern Italian fare
such as smoked wild boar or eggplant parmigiano we embrace the
wine’s comfort and warmth.

Blueberry, black cherry and balance are the hallmarks of this new
release. The mouth has a caramel and oak component that harmonizes
with the ample fruit and brooding aromas. Meant to fall once again
into our “Big Boy” style zone we feel this to be a worthy candidate.
Foreboding, with a “take no prisoners” appeal the wine has all the
trademarks of fruit, spice, mineral and craftsmanship to evolve
charmingly over time.

2005 Chardonnay — Scherrer Vineyard, Alexander Valley
A rich and complex expression of Chardonnay. The grapes were whole-cluster
pressed to French oak cooperage, where primary and malolactic fermentation
occurred. All these elements were allowed to integrate during its yearlong
residence in wood.

2003 Pinot Noir — Fort Ross Vineyard ‘High Slopes,’ Sonoma Coast
In view of the Pacific Ocean, this vineyard occupies a unique location favorable to
cool climate varieties. The sassafras and red fruit character of this wine is nestled
in other wonderfully complex, mysterious aromatics.

2004 Pinot Noir — Russian River Valley
While primarily grown in the sandy Goldridge soil, which tends to produce Pinot
Noir with flavors of red fruits and orange peel, this wine also illustrates some of
the deep, brooding black cherry character generally found in the region's clay soils.
March 2007
$288 / 12 x 750 mL
2005 Pinot Noir — Sonoma County
Pinot Noir from Sonoma County varies in its expression according to the locale
where it is grown. This wine exhibits both the sassafras character of Pinot Noirs
from the coast, as well as the cola of those from the area between Sebastopol and
Santa Rosa. Light to medium structured, it has a central core of red fruits and
lightly toasty oak that anchor both these coastal and inland elements.

2003 Zinfandel — Scherrer Vineyard, ‘Old & Mature Vines’
This wine represents the labor of three generations of the Scherrer family. Most of
the vines that produced this wine were planted in 1912. Made in a food-friendly,
balanced style that rewards moderate aging.

Zinfandoodle, Version 4.5
My Uncle Mario used to tease me about my teenage efforts of making Zinfandel,
calling it “Zinfandoodle”. This multi-vintage wine, while nothing to poke fun at,
should satisfy most Zinfandel cravings without soaking the wallet enough to
dampen one’s sense of humor.

2002 Cabernet Sauvignon — Scherrer Vineyard, Alexander Valley

2003 Cabernet Sauvignon — Alexander Valley
Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is the more open-structured of our two
Scherrer Vineyard Cabernet bottlings, which reveals its accessible, yet substantial
and age-worthy personality. This unfined and unfiltered wine will compliment a
wide variety of foods for many years.

2003 Cabernet Sauvignon — ‘Vin Rouge’
A few barrels from the 2003 Scherrer Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon harvest spoke
neither of the individual site or the appellation, but insisted on a place of their
own. A harmonious wine with good varietal character, this should give substantial
pleasure without requiring deep thought to do so.

TR Elliott Queste Pinot Noir is a cuvée of 26 barrels of wine. We selected 21 barrels from our Hallberg Vineyard
wine and another 5 from our Vine Hill Vineyard wine and blended them together to make the 2005 Queste.
Dijon clones, a long, cool growing season and the Gold Ridge sandy loam soils are typical of both the Hallberg
and Vine Hill Vineyards. To ensure the highest quality, the grapes were handpicked and hand-sorted, then
cold-soaked and fermented (20% whole cluster) in small, stainless steel, open-top vats prior to aging in French
oak barrels. Thirty-five percent of the Queste cuvée barrels were new.
The Hallberg Vineyard, entirely clone 777, dominates the character of this wine. The color is a youthful
garnet red with a deep ruby rim on the edge of the glass. Bountiful aromas of fresh, spiced peach and
raspberries, plus vanilla and cola are intertwined with the richness of a creamy black cherry pie. A smooth,
soft-tannin landing coats the mouth with burgeoning flavors of cherry, vanilla and raspberries. There is a
lingering finish of plum and almond.
Consistent with our philosophy of letting the fruit express itself, we bottled these wines with a minimum of
fining and filtration.
