GROUP BOOKINGS Discounts are available for groups of 10+ on many of our shows. Please call 023 9285 2232 or email groups@ kingsportsmouth.co.uk for more information or to book. Group bookings may also pay by BACS or cheque. ACCESSIBILITY We are committed to improving accessibility for all of our patrons. We have wheelchair and level access via Albert Rd entrance and provide wheelchair spaces in the Stalls. An accessible toilet and bar are located at the rear of the stalls. You may transfer from a wheelchair into a seat on arrival as long as in the unlikely event of an emergency you are able to exit the building without the use of your wheelchair. Unfortunately we can’t provide access for mobility scooters. Infra red hearing systems are available for Front Stalls and Dress Circle areas, for those using a T position hearing aid or with provided earpiece for performances with amplified sound. ENJOY THE PERFORMANCE If your performance falls outside of our normal opening hours the Box Office will open 90 minutes before and remain open for 30 minutes beyond the show start time. Latecomers will be admitted at a suitable point but it may not be possible to seat you in your allocated seat until the interval. Some shows do not admit latecomers – this is stated in the show information. We have a number of bars where you can purchase refreshments which open 1 hour before the show start time. You may also pre-order interval drinks. Plastic bottles and glasses can be taken into the auditorium. Our bars accept payment by credit and debit cards – minimum £5 spend. No alcohol is permitted to be brought onto the premises. There is a no smoking policy throughout the building which includes the use of e-cigarettes.
