Airtec Foil insulation
Airtec is a multi-layer air bubble film insulation with aluminium bonded to both faces (AirtecDouble). The aluminium is coated with polythene to give durability and corrosion resistance.
Airtec is a high performance insulation material which acts by trapping air within its structure
creating low emissivity air spaces which enhance its total thermal capabilities. Creating a
warm loft and dust free environment. Supplied and fitted from £12 per square metre.

Loft opening too small or in the wrong place?
We use only the best treated flooring grade chipboard
which is four-sided tongue and groove.
The flooring is cut to suit and screwed down to the existing joists
To find the exact size of your loft, simply measure the length and
width of you downstairs rooms and multiply them together to
give your the overall square meterage. You can have as little or as
much loft flooring as you like. If you are unsure of what you need,

fitter will enlarge or reposition your loft opening.
This will involve cutting through any necessary
joists, restructuring to building regulations, retrimming with planed timber, and making good

to do is to paint your new timber-work.
