Cook Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes
Yield: 10 popcorn balls
Ingredients:
5 tablespoons Harris Teeter salted butter
1 pound Harris Teeter jumbo marshmallows
1 teaspoon Harris Teeter ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Harris Teeter ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon Harris Teeter ground ginger
12 cups Harris Teeter popped popcorn
1 1/4 cups Harris Teeter candy corn
Harris Teeter yourhome wax paper
Instructions:
1. In a large heavy bottomed saucepan, melt HT butter and HT marshmallows stirring with
a buttered wooden spoon constantly to combine.
2. When the marshmallows are melted add the HT cinnamon, HT nutmeg, HT ginger, and
mix thoroughly.
3. In a large bowl, toss together the HT popcorn and HT candy corn.
4. Pour the marshmallow mixture over the popcorn and stir to combine making sure to
coat all the popcorn and candy.
5. Using buttered hands, form the popcorn into baseball sized balls and place
on waxed paper until firm.
Store in an airtight container for up to two days.
