Clean Air Ceiling combination type FFA.4 20/20/4 (other sizes available)
OP supply air system for operation with conditioned outside air
For use in operating theatres, generates a vertical,
low-turbulence displacement flow, for installation in
the false ceiling, comprised of:
Outlet frame and filter frame of extruded aluminium
profiles, plain anodized, housing the horizontally
arranged high-performance airborne particle
filter installed immediately above the air outlet.
The filters have a gripping or touching
protection on either side.
Operation pressure of < 60 Pa at 0.24 m/s
downflow speed.
Filter intake is carried out by a filter pressing device.
Test connection for aerosol sampling at the base air side for Proof of no leakages according to DIN ISO EN 14644/3 (challenge test).
Test connection for measurement of differential pressure loss of filters.
Air-tight pressure chamber in aluminium, arranged above the airborne
particle filters (raw air side).
The cloth covered in single layer mesh air outlet is easily removed, no screws need to be
loosened.
There are not protruding fastening elements such as hinges or bolts.
Large surface cloth covered air outlet with a minimum number of ribs and a flow optimised,
extruded aluminium profile, plain anodized.
To allow readjustment of the OP lamp pedestal support, the air-tight OP lamp lead through box is
easily accessible from the clean air side. Hygienically perfect lead-through of an OP lamp pedestal
support through the supply air ceiling.
