Extensive ranching background and commitment to the future of the western lifestyle and preservation of the values of people in agriculture throughout Wyoming, The majority of the people actively involved in agriculture is still the best stewards of the land and deserve credit for providing abundant flora and fauna, healthy wildlife populations, and naturally progressing ecosystems compatible with human existence. After all, humans are an essential part of the greater ecosystem. Wyoming and Montana have escaped some of the “crunch of people”and still offer a measure of freedom to breathe fresh air and appreciate a little more personal space. The norther n high plains are rich in history that carries forward traditions and values from a not-too-distant past. Cultural influences are strong and ties to the land run deep. My goal as a ranch Realtor is the satisfaction that I have continued to respect Wyoming and Montana as they were meant to be with relatively little impact. However, my real estate activity does not revolve strictly around selling ranches. I also sell residential, rural residential and commercial properties. Jane and I particularly enjoy our horses and frequently go on horseback excursions with friends riding interesting and beautiful new places. I often help local ranchers brand, move cattle or ship to keep my horses active and remind myself why I live in Wyoming.
