Monday to Saturday you will reach someone from
the restaurant from 9.00 pm until 11.00 pm.
If you have an EMERGENCY out of the front
desk opening ours or on Sunday you will reach a
staff member at home when you dial the number
of the front desk: 301.

Please serve yourself from our rich
breakfast buffet in the Restaurant MOO:

If you like, we serve a small breakfast to
your room for an additional charge of

ROOM KEY:
If you return to the hotel late at night,

key with you!

Our front desk changes euros according to the
current hotel exchange rate.
You can pay your bill with Swiss francs, euros,
Postcard, Maestro, American Express,
MasterCard and Visa.

Convention guests we kindly ask to leave
your room until 10.00 am or until the

PARKING:
Our parking is directly behind the house (the
road is called “Wiesentalstrasse”), free
parking tickets you will receive at the front
desk. The door of the garage you can open
with your room key.

prefer to drink a glass of wine in the Lounge? You
are also hungry? In any case, you should not miss our
Restaurant MOO.

You can buy at the front desk for CHF 5.00.

You can rent or buy at the front desk for CHF 15.00.

IRON
BEDCLOTHES + EXTRA PILLOW
If you prefer to iron your laundry yourself, you will
find an ironing-board on the 2nd floor next to the
elevator. If you want us to iron your clothes, please
let us know: dial the number of the front desk: 301.
Would you like to have an additional pillow or you
need bedclothes for allergic? Ask the front desk.
We can give you more blankets or special pillows.
PORTERAGE
LAUNDRY
We wash or iron your laundry for a fee. Laundry bags
are in the wardrobe. Please leave the laundry in the
room not later than 9.00 am, we will pick it up and
bring it back within 24 hours.
DRY CLEANING:
Dou you want to have your laundry dry cleaned?
Leave the clothes in the room and inform the front
desk, phone: 301.
We carry your luggage
to your room on arrival
or to the front desk or
parking on your
departure. We charge
CHF 7.00 for this
service, one way.
LUGGAGE STORAGE ROOM
You want to leave your luggage here on the departure
day? No problem, we keep your luggage in our locked
storage room. Only on Sundays we kindly ask you to
take your luggage with you since our hotel is closed
after 11.00 am.
MOO-SHOP
Do you want to take home a piece of „MOO“? We sell
homemade products and regional specialities at our
MOO shop directly at the front desk:
SEWING SERVICE
Did you lose a button or did you torn your seam? We
are happy to help you, call the ladies from the front
desk.
DOGS
Your dog is welcome. For the cleaning of the room we
charge CHF 40.00 daily. During the meal time from
11.30 am until 2.00pm and from 6.00pm until 10.00pm
we kindly ask you not to take the dog with you in our
restaurant.
