The importance of sitting for child’s posture and healthy development
Concerning about the right sitting starts at the early childhood, because children
are very early exposed to possibilities of injuries, which consequences cannot be
repaired in a lifetime.
We sit a lot nowadays: at work, at school, at home, at the computer desk. Sitting
starts very early – in the pre-school period. Children between one and four years of
age are very vulnerable because of their fast physical and psychological development and we need to take special care for them in this very sensible period. Their
body needs beside various and healthy food also stimulative environment for learning
and playing that ensures everybody’s stable and healthy physical and psychological
development.
Incorrect sitting in this period can result in damages which consequences we can
notice much later. Correct child’s posture is the key for healthy and regular physical
and psychological development. Children between three and six years of age grow
very fast. In a short time period we have to change a lot of different sizes and forms
of furniture or we use only one that soon becomes unsuitable due to a child’s growth
and development.
Composable desk and chair are made of massive beech wood,
beech veneer and beech plywood board.
Composable desk and chair are treated with environmentally
friendly and non-toxic water-resistant clear varnish.
Children can choose from three playful forms and colours: multicoloured clown, rose-coloured cat or blue-coloured bear.
