Online Provider Search and Directory Tool for
Beech Street Regional Networks

he online provider search and directory for the Beech Street Network in Alaska, Nevada or Utah is accessed
from multiplan.com. Using the Provider Search allows you to view your search results online while the
Personal Directory option allows you to print a PDF with your search results.
Accessing the Provider Search or Directory from multiplan.com.
Visit multiplan.com and click on “Search for a
Doctor or Facility.” The provider search page
will open.
Select the Beech Street Network Logo.
The Beech Street
Network logo is found
in the Front of Card
section, under the
“Other network logos”
tab.
Click the box next to
the logo and then
click on “Continue.”
You will receive a
message stating you
are being redirected
to a different website
to search the Beech
Street Network in
Alaska, Nevada and/
or Utah, and a new
browser window
will automatically
open. If the new
window does not
open, please adjust
your Internet privacy
options to allow popups for this website.

Choose the Application You Want to Access.
When the new
window opens, click
on the “Go” button
at the bottom of the
Provider Search or
Personal Directory
section, depending
on which you want to
access.
Using the Provider Search.
Choose your search criteria.
You can search for
a doctor or hospital
by location,
doctor name
or facility name.
The Beech Street
Network is available
in Alaska, Nevada
and Utah only.

Refine Your Search Criteria.
You can further
refine your search
by selecting the type
of doctor or type of
facility you would
like to search for.
Simply click the
arrow next to the
input box to see a
drop-down menu,
and select your
criteria by clicking
on the menu item.
Your choice will
then appear in the
selection box and
you can click on the
Search button to
begin the search.
Your Search Results Will Appear.
A list of doctors or
facilities meeting
your search criteria
will appear.

Using the Personal Directory.
Imagine more.
Using the personal
directory option
enables you to print
out your search
results. Fill in
search criteria with
information about
the location and
type of doctor and/
or facility you want
to search for.
Name your directory
and then click on
“Create Directory.”
Your search results
will be displayed
and you will have
the option to view
them in a PDF
file, which can be
printed.
Please note, you
must have Acrobat
Reader installed to
create the PDF.
When scheduling your appointment, always check with the provider to confirm participation in the network,
location and whether the provider is accepting new patients.
