ORDERING INFORMATION
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
TELEPHONE ORDERS
Please have the part #, description and quantity ready when
placing your order. In addition, please have your Visa, Mastercard
or Discover account number and expiration date available.
MAIL ORDERS
Please complete the order form found in the back of this catalog.
Include your name, address, phone number, year, and description of your truck, qty, part number, description and price. If
your ship to address is different, please fill in that area as well.
FAX ORDERS
You may also FAX your order to (702) 258-4578 24 hours a day.
We will give an extra 5% discount if you FAX your order after
6:00PM Pacific Time.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover with a minimum $10.00
order. Personal checks are welcome, however a standard two
week waiting period will apply. Money orders and certified
checks are also accepted with no waiting period. Please do NOT
send cash. No COD.
SHIPPING
We use UPS as our primary delivery service. Please include an
additional 18 % of your parts order (minimum $12.00) for shipping and handling. All foreign orders (including Alaska and Hawaii) will be charged 20% for shipping and handling. Shipping
charges are non-refundable. Oversized items will be shipped by
truck and shipping charges will vary according to size and weight.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
All claims for damage must be placed with the carrier (ie. UPS).
Shortages of merchandise must be reported to Tuckers Classic
Pickup Parts within 5 days of receipt of order.
BACK ORDERS
All back orders will be shipped as soon as possible unless otherwise noted.
WARRANTY
The following is made in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied. The sellers and manufacturers only obligation shall be to
replace the quantity of the product proved to be defective. Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be held responsible for any lost,
injury, or damage, direct or consequential, arising from the use of
or the inabilities of the product. After use of product, the user
shall assume all risk and liability whatsoever in connection herewith.

We have many used parts available and will be adding new
parts to our inventory as they become available.

No returns on electrical parts or unpackaged literature. All returns
must be pre-approved by Tuckers Classic Pickup Parts. Returns and refused shipments will be charged a 20 % restocking fee.
All items being returned must be received within 30 days of purchase along with a sales receipt and reason for return. All items
received after 30 days will receive store credit only.
