ASP Red Guns provide realistic sales aids for trade shows and in-store displays. They provide the
ideal means of showcasing lasers, grips, sights, lights, holsters, gun racks and safes. Red Guns are
exact replicas of actual law enforcement equipment. They are reinforced and precisely molded from a
durable polymer. Red Guns provide a safe means of showing customers how to utilize a variety of
firearm accessories. Yet, their distinctive molded-in color readily identifies them as “safe” to the public
and in the retail environment.

Red Guns can be molded to the exact weight of their functional
counterpart.
Private Labels
Company logos, identification and engraving are available on all Red
Gun sales aids.
Attachment
A complete series of tether options can be incorporated into Red
Guns that will be utilized with exhibits or mounted on point-ofpurchase displays.
Custom Confirmations
Custom Red Guns that accept production grips, sights, lasers and
other firearm accessories are available with a minimal initial order.
Custom Colors
Blue, yellow, green, orange and a variety
of other custom colors are available
with a volume order of sales aids.
Black guns are only available to film
studios and government agencies.

Sales Policy
QUALIFICATION
OEM Red Guns are available only to Original Equipment Manufacturers. They are not intended for resale except when incorporated
into point-of-purchase displays.
PRICING
All prices are subject to change without notice.
OEM DISCOUNT
OEM pricing is 50% off the retail price.
TERMS
All invoices are Net 30. A 3% discount (less freight) is allowed on orders paid within 10 days of invoice date. OEMs who do not have
an established credit history with ASP must provide prepayment or a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover number to
assure payment of their account. A 3% discount is not allowed on a credit card payment or COD.
FREIGHT AND HANDLING
All products are FOB Appleton. Shipment is made via UPS wherever possible. A street address (not Post Office Box) is required for
all orders. Each ASP order is subject to a $5.00 handling charge for the first box and $1.00 for each additional box or a $25.00
domestic and $50.00 international per pallet charge. Full domestic freight and handling, excluding UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day
and Federal Express charges, is allowed on all orders totaling $1,500.00 or more at OEM cost when paid in full within 10 days from
invoice date. Application for freight and handling allowance must be submitted within 90 days of the invoice date.
RETURNS
· Authorization from the factory or a Return Authorization (RA) Number are not required for return shipments.
· Custom Red Gun products are not subject to return.
· Merchandise returned through no fault of ASP is subject to a 20% restocking charge.
· Refurbishing or repair costs required to put returned merchandise in new condition will be assessed in addition to the 20%
restocking charge.
· Returns must be shipped prepaid to ASP.
· Invoice numbers on which return items were originally received are required for credit.
· Only items currently on the ASP price list can be returned.
SHORTAGE CLAIM
ASP is not responsible for shortage or damage incurred during shipment. Contact the carrier to report opened or damaged parcels.
Shortage or incorrect order claims against ASP must be made within ten (10) days of delivery after which no claims will be accepted.
PAST DUE ACCOUNTS
ASP reserves the right to refuse shipment and cancel OEM discounts on past due accounts. A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18%
per year) is added to all past due balances. This interest rate is modified consistent with prevailing state laws. Accounts past 60 days
will be placed on COD status. Accounts past 90 days will be closed.
RETURNED CHECKS
Checks returned by the bank for any reason will be subject to a $20.00 service charge and is cause to terminate this Agreement.
COLLECTION
In the event that collection is required, the OEM agrees to pay all ASP’s costs and expenses in securing the unpaid indebtedness
including actual attorney fees.
WARRANTY
All products are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship.
