How is BodyKey™ different from last year’s program?
The BodyKey by Nutrilite™ program has been enhanced to
help people make better choices every day. Consistently
making better choices is key to successfully managing your
weight. We introduced 19 new products this year, so there
are more great products available than ever for people
looking to make better choices in their diet.
We’ve also added the BodyKey™ 4 Plan. It’s an easy way
to get started managing your weight. And, if you’re looking
for more weight loss support, we have new guided meal
plans and have improved MyBodyKey.com, making it easier
to stay on track.
What are the guided plans within the BodyKey program?
The guided plans are 28-day meal plans that give specific
guidance about how to integrate four better choices into
each day, including specific recommendations on exactly
what to eat throughout the day. These are perfect for
people that are motivated to lose weight and want more
structure to help them stay on track. Start with the genetic
test to select a plan that’s customized to your genotype,
or choose the BodyKey™ Get Started plan if you don’t
yet know your genetic weight loss profile. We have four
customized plans to help keep you on track.

How does the Inherent Health™ Weight Management
Genetic Test fit with the BodyKey™ 4 Plan?
The Inherent Health™ Weight Management Genetic Test
is still a part of the BodyKey™ program particularly for
those motivated to lose weight. Everyone has a different
approach to weight management. If you’re looking for
more support with your plan, the genetic test is a great
place to start to learn how you can personalize your weight
management approach based on your DNA. The genetic
test is available in the BodyKey by Nutrilite™ Jump Start
Kit or sold separately. Meanwhile, whether your goal is to

The MyBodyKey.com site will be updated in March 2015
with an all-new look, dashboard, features, meal plans,

What constitutes four better choices?
With the BodyKey™ 4 Plan, your four better choices can
be made with any combination of BodyKey™ Shakes, Bars,
Snacks, and exercise. For example, start your day by
choosing a meal replacement shake instead of a latte and
muffin. Enjoy BodyKey™ Slim Popcorn instead of potato chips
for a snack as your second choice. Bypass the drive-thru at
lunch and make choice three a meal replacement bar. After
a sensible dinner, go for a walk as your fourth choice.
