Steps for a new USA Dialer User
1. Go to a new browser window and type in : http://dialer.usadialerservices.com
(You may need to down load “Adobe Flash” two times)

Once you have down loaded www.teamviewer.com you will see the next screen. You will need to
provide the help desk ID & Password to assist you.

Test my Mic & Hearing adjustments on the Eyebeam
When you are all set up type 5000 on the Eyebeam and press the “Green phone” on the Eyebeam. You will hear yoru Eyebeam
has been configured corectly. Then you wil be asked to speak into your mic and say some thing. Then Press any key to hear the
recording. Adjust the “Mic” or “Hearing” volume slides on the Eyebeam to desired levels.

After logging back into your Eyebeam is should register your Sip ID that is located under your
settings tab in the lower left corner ( See example on next page)
(Remember that the SIP_ 23 is specific to the user and can not be used at the same time with another user login under the same SIP ID )
