controller. For your entertainment, the system boasts a 10GB Infiniti
Music Box® – large enough to store 300 CDs – full iPod® integration and

THE NEXT LEVEL OF POWER. There are three engine
variants in the QX70. The 3.7-litre V6 engine
produces 235kW of power and 360Nm of torque.
The diesel engine option has 3.0-litre V6 power with
175kW and a huge 550Nm of torque. The top-shelf
5.0-litre V8 engine asserts 287kW of raw power
and 500Nm of torque. Both petrol engines are built
QX70
with Infiniti’s Variable Valve Event and Lift (VVEL)
technology to unleash great power, top torque and
improved emissions over conventional valves.
TAKE CONTROL. The advanced 7-speed automatic
transmission shifts through the gears swiftly and
smoothly, while the Adaptive Shift Control (ASC)
recognises and responds to your driving style and
the road conditions. For maximum agility, optimum
balance and smoother directional changes, the
engine is placed as far back as possible.
All three variants maximise grip thanks to Intelligent
All-Wheel Drive (AWD). Rear Active Steer (RAS) in most
of the S Packages increases stability at higher speeds.

PREVENTION AND PROTECTION. Standard preventative measures in the
QX70 include a discreet rear view camera complemented by front and
rear parking sensors, as well as an Adaptive Front-lighting System (AFS)
to provide you with better visibility at night on winding roads. Vehicle
Dynamic Control (VDC) and Electronic Brake-force Distribution (EBD) are
standard across the entire Infiniti range, as is the Infiniti Airbag System

comprising of driver and front passenger airbags, side airbags for driver
and front passenger, and roof-mounted full-length curtain airbags.
The S Premium Package and QX70 5.0 add a range of advanced safety
technologies including an Around View Monitor (AVM) with corner
sensors providing a comprehensive 360-degree view of your vehicle
when reversing. Lane Departure Prevention (LDP) senses if you
accidentally veer from your lane and actively intervenes to direct the
vehicle and help avoid a collision. Intelligent Cruise Control (ICC)
intelligently senses and applies the brakes and throttle as required in
traffic to keep the vehicle at a steady speed.
