strenuous athletic activity, and waive KBBC of any and all responsibility for injury or

or illness. I hereby authorize the directors of KBBC to act for me accordingly to their
best judgement in an emergency requiring medical attention. I understand that I am
solely responsible for the payment of said medical expenses and must provide the
camp with proof of medical/accident insurance. I understand the procedure regarding

CAMP DIRECTOR KEVIN BOYLE
Kevin Boyle is in his second season as the Head Coach of
ESPN/USAToday #2 ranked Monteverde Academy. He has
been the owner/director of The Kevin Boyle Basketball Camps/
Clinics for the past 23 years. “KBBC” has conducted day
camps, overnight camps, boot camp after school programs and
coaches clinics across the United States as well as in Europe.
He had spent the last 23 seasons as Head Coach of the National Power
St. Patrick Celtics of Elizabeth, New Jersey. The Celtics had been
ranked in the USA Today National Poll for 19 straight years. Kevin
has been one of the top coaches at the prestigious NIKE All-American
Camp and the Le Bron James Skills Academy for the past 16 years.
