I love living in the city. The hustle and bustle, the fast-paced life – I enjoy all of that, well
of course, except the heavy traffic.
But too much of one thing can be a lot to handle sometimes. So to de-stress, I went to
Neo Day Spa in Bonifacio Global City for some R&R (rest and relaxation).

Neo has Zen Spa treatments composing of a 60-minute body scrub treatment, 20-minute
dry massage, and 60-minute full-body aromatherapy massage. That’s more than 2 hours
of pampering!

They have 5 types of scrubs and oils to choose from, depending on your needs and taste.
For the scrub, there’s ginger, green tea, wasabi, black sesame and young rice options.
For the massage oils, there’s metal (apricot and peppermint), wood (neroli and green
tea), water (moringa and eucalyptus), earth (jasmine and lavender), and fire (cocoa butter
and coconut).

I chose the ginger body scrub and water massage oil (moringa and eucalyptus) since
these ingredients are known to heal and increase blood circulation, while relieving
muscular aches and pains.

I was assisted to my private room by their respectful and accommodating staff.

Even though the room was facing the streets, it was still serene and quiet.
The well-trained staff started with a body scrub then wrapped my whole body in plastic.
It was so relaxing that I fell asleep right after I was left alone in the room!

There’s a place to shower in the room so no need to head to the locker area for this.
That’s a huge plus for me.
Afterwards, I was then given a whole body massage. I felt the oil penetrating my skin and
its scent calmed my mind and spirit.

It was such a relaxing afternoon with Neo Day Spa that I felt a huge weight lift off my
shoulders after just a little over 2 hours spent with them. Visit them and for sure, your
body will be grateful for it.
