Lead-Edge Feeder with Extended Feed
The MarquipWardUnited Extended Feed Lead Edge Feeder combines long wearing
urethane feed belts with extreme gripping characteristics, a vacuum table, low
crush feed rolls, and an extended stroke to provide superior registration and maximum
sheet control while maintaining physical and aesthetic sheet quality.

Vacuum Transfer Print Stations
Most Flexo Folder Gluers have vacuum transfer allowing the sheet to remain
under continuous vacuum control from feeder through die-cut. This transfer system
provides constant surface speed for life of the belt. This minimizes problems of
warped board and enhances print registration.
Folding Section
An additional 8 feet of folding rails allows for a gradual rate of fold, which allows
gentler folding for quality and consistency. A vacuum over the entire rail length
increased range of motion, more ergonomic adjustment and better durability. The
Floating Center Support keeps the center panels of wide boxes from causing jams.
The independent folder drive eliminates the need for a line shaft, providing safe
access to the drive side and reducing drive train maintenance. Offset Folder Belts
in conjunction with the air knife minimizes slotter to die cutter scrap.
Continuous scoring
A proper score is essential to produce a square box and acceptable manufacturer’s
memory, through the critical angle of the fold.
Counter Ejector
MarquipWardUnited offers top or bottom loading Counter Ejectors. Top loading
counter ejectors utilize whips and/or air blowers to hold down incoming boxes.
This is an ideal component for critical printing and complex die cutting. The
combination of top loading and an innovative hopper design with an adaptable
counting system makes this the most versatile counter ejector available. The bottom
loading option offers customers an economical, simplistic method for stacking,
counting and ejecting bundles.
