El Clasificado is looking for several truly talented inside
sales managers for their contact center location in Norwalk, California. Your role will be central to driving sales
for the company. In this role you will be managing your
team of inside sales representatives and customer service agents, as well as Supervisors and Team Leaders on
a day to day basis. Your primary responsibility is ensuring
that sales operations function smoothly and sales goals
are met. Additionally you are responsible to identify and
develop the skills and talents of the entire departments’
staff. We require the Manager to be a Leader with proven
Call Center / Sales background to manage the day-today running of the department; as well as the ability to
implement new strategies in order to ensure continuous
departmental improvements.
KEY CHARACTERISTICS
The characteristics of the chosen person should include: process, structure
and inside sales and customer service expertise, target driven, coachable,
hungry for success, team player, good managerial, operational, organizational skills, verbal and written communication and negotiation skills, ability to
manage difficult situations and the stress associated with them. This person
should display an ability to manage in a group setting as well as one on one
management and talent development skills. This person should have a strong
understanding of the departmental day to day needs as well as a vision of the
departments’ future direction. Finally, this person should be well presented
with a positive, proactive and professional approach.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• Two or more years of sales management
experience, contact center or inside sales
preferred
• Experience supervising team leaders as
well as on-the-phone sales representatives

• Proven ability to make decisions based on
data or based on subjective expertise
• Capable of solving complex issues
