CANTIAN HONEY AND SLIVOVITZ
V ALUE : P RICELESS
Taste the sweetness —and novelty—of this rare, homemade Honey
and Plum Brandy, made by the Priests, Brothers and our own blessed
Bees!
With the Canons busy around the parish, their own bees buzz overtop the Canonry building . Collecting nectar from neighborhood flowers, the bees return to their hive to produce this precious “Cantian
Honey” for your delight. The Brandy too was made in house. With
fresh sliced plums and a soothing share of pure spirits, this smooth
“Slivovitz” and “Cantian Honey” is truly a sweet treat!

“ Religious, as members of Christ,
should live together as brothers and
should give pride of place to one another in esteem. ”
-St. John Cantius
Once in a lifetime...
“ What kind of
work can
be more noble than to cultivate the minds of young
people, guarding it carefully,
so that the knowledge and
love of God and His holy
precepts go hand-in-hand
with learning? ”
-St. John Cantius
“We look with reverence to the
Church, in order that we might
have life with the saints.”
-St. John Cantius
“ To form young Christians and citizens—isn't this the most
noble-minded way to make use of life, of all one's talents

and energy? ”
