Collections Information
No one wants to see your unit go into collections status
because you forgot to pay your maintenance fee. As a
courtesy to our unit owners, the following information
is provided: If your payment is 35 days past due, a $25
late charge will be applied to your account. In addition
to the late charge, an 18% (1.5% monthly) financing
charge is also applied to accounts that are 35 days past
due. If your payment is 65 days past due, an additional
$65 late charge will be applied. If your account is 125
past due, it will be sent to a collection agency. The collection agency will charge an additional fee of 33% of the
balance due, over and above that amount that is owed
to the Association.
