What is AcroSoft Email Monitor?
It is a known fact that technology has transformed the insurance
industry, creating more efficient processes for all involved. Insurance

on the needs of the company. The receiver monitors the specified
inboxes, automatically importing email and/or any attachments into AS
Documents. Emails, as well as attachments, may be imported into AS
Documents in the native file format or converted to TIF images.

Mail organization
AS Email Monitor helps companies to better organize

mail, whether it be a workflow notification to a user or a
claim or policy file.

what the next step is. Once the emails have been brought into AS
Documents, they may be sent to a specified work queue for review,
or an automated workflow process may be initiated given sufficient
information. From there, the documents are processed regularly.
