AS AnyWhere (AA) Documents
AA Documents is AcroSoft’s web-based document management
offering. With rich client functionality, including file organization,
document upload, email, and annotations, and with all features fully
securable, the use of the application is endless. Allow full access for
internal users, limited access for casual users, and view-only access for
agents and auditors.
AA Documents provides a secure way to not only offer everyday users
with access to the files they need, it allows companies to offer this
access to outside users as desired. The cost to print files or save them
to discs is no longer a factor. It is as easy as setting up a user ID,
assigning security, and providing access to the information your
users need.
AA WorkQueue
In many organizations, files and documents are printed and then
sent out to attorneys, agents, and clients. Not only is processing time
unnecessarily increased, but it is hard to track and know where a claim
or policy stands at any given time. With AA WorkQueue, documents
are accessed through an automated workflow notification process. This
process may include questions that are presented to the user in order
to direct the workflow or to provide a checklist of items to be completed
by the user at a specific step in the process. Each step of the process
is date and time stamped, and this information may be used to gather
reports at any point.
Users, both internal or third party, are able to access the same
document while circulating it through an automated workflow process.
AA WorkQueue ensures that documents are delivered in a timely
manner, and that all ends of the process are covered.
Everyday Users
AS AnyWhere provides any user with a web-based
application that is rich in functionality. With the ability to
annotate and process work, this application is no longer
just for the outside users of the system. Internal everyday
users can also benefit from the clean and easy
AS AnyWhere interface.
Clients
Clients may now be provided with access to their policy
and claim information as needed. Automatically generated
emails may be sent including a secured link to a specific
file within the system. Your clients will feel involved and
informed in the processing of their claim or policy.
