Vernetzen Sie Ihre Schule international und melden Sie sich für eine
voll geförderte Schülerreise an
Anmeldefrist: bis 15. Dezember 2014 für Reisen ab September 2015
Die ideale Gruppengröße für diese Reise ist zwischen 12 und 20 Schülern und bei positivem Förderbescheid
werden alle Projektkosten abgedeckt. Für Gruppen mit mehr als 20 Teilnehmern ist es möglich, dass ein Selbstbehalt eingesammelt werden muss. Alle entstehenden Kosten für Schüler mit Behinderung werden voll abgedeckt! Anmeldeformular auf Seite 46.
Folgende Leistungen werden organisiert:

Wie funktioniert die geförderte Reise?
Erasmus+ ist ein europäischer Fördertopf welcher Zusammenarbeit, Wissensaustausch und

Wann erfolgt die Zahlung und ist hier ein Risiko involviert?
Option 1: Wir möchten nur teilnehmen, wenn wir die Förderung erhalten
Diese Option ermöglicht es Ihnen die Gruppenreise erst dann zu buchen und zu bezahlen, wenn Sie die Förderung bekommen. Wir unterstützen Sie beim Förderansuchen und vereinbaren ein vorläufiges Kursdatum sowie ein Projektkonzept gemeinsam mit den internationalen
Projektteilnehmern. Nur wenn Sie die Förderung bekommen, organisieren wir Ihren Flug, Unterkunft, Kurs und Aktivitätenprogramm welches Sie mit den Mitteln aus dem Fördertopf bezahlen können. Wenn Sie die Förderung nicht erhalten, dann findet die Reise nicht statt und es
entstehen Ihnen und Ihren Schülern keine Kosten.
Option 2 : Wir möchten auch teilnehmen, wenn wir die Förderung nicht erhalten
Diese Option gibt Ihnen die Möglichkeit die Reise bereits im Voraus zu planen. Bei dieser Option wählen Sie eine Wunschdestination
aus und wir verbinden Sie mit Ihren Partnerschulen. Sobald die Partner gefunden sind und das Projekt konzipiert wurde, bezahlen Ihre
Schüler eine Anzahlung von 20% der Aufenthaltskosten im Voraus. Wir unterstützen Sie bei Ihrem Förderansuchen und organisieren bereits alle Leistungen wie Flug, Unterkunft, Kurs und Aktivitäten im Voraus zu einem reduzierten Frühbucher-Preis.
Wenn Ihre Förderung bewilligt wird, dann können die Leistungen mit den Mitteln aus dem Fördertopf
bezahlt werden. Dies inkludiert auch die bereits geleistete Anzahlung. Sollte Ihr Ansuchen nicht gewährt werden, dann fahren Sie mit
Ihren Schülern trotzdem und die Reise wird von den Eltern bezahlt.

The workshop will be held in our partner school the Bridge Mills Language Centre which is located in
the heart of Galway and just a two minutes stroll from Galway’s main street. The school staff are highly experienced with organising stays for students and our Irish host families will give your students a
warm hearted welcome to Galway.
Activities and workshops together with international student groups
During the stay students will participate in workshops that will allow them to create new and innovative teaching tools and materials. There is also an activity program included where you can explore

Workshop Location
The workshop will be held in one of Italy’s best language schools directly in the heart of Florence.
The school staff are highly experienced with organising stays for students abroad and specialised on
teaching Italian to foreign students. All host families are located within walking distance of the school,
or can be accessed via a short ride on the bus.
Activities and workshops together with international student groups
During the stay you will participate in workshops that will allow students to create new and innovative
teaching tools and materials. There is also an activity program included where you can see the city
and get to know participating student groups from other European countries. The student workshop
will be guided by our Italian teaching experts and the materials created in the workshop will be made
available to you and any other European school via print media as well as through our free mobile
App.

with coordinating international groups. The workshops will take place conveniently in the same building where you stay.
Activities and workshops together with international student groups
During the stay you will participate in workshops that will allow students to create new and innovative
teaching tools and materials with a special focus on winter sports. There is also an activity program
included where you can enjoy the beautiful slopes around Innsbruck and get to know participating
student groups from other European countries. The student workshop will be guided by our English
and German teaching experts and the materials created in the workshop will be made available to you
and any other European school via print media as well as through our free mobile App.

2 day skiing or snowboarding in the Austrian Alps including lift pass

Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir aufgrund der limitierten Plätze nach einem “first come first
serve” Prinzip vorgehen. Um eine qualitativ hochwertige interkulturelle Erfahrung zu
gewährleisten sind maximal 40 Schüler der gleichen Muttersprache pro Termin zugelassen.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir keine Garantie für die Förderung durch die Europäische Union

Alle Workshop-Destinationen wurden sorgfältig ausgewählt. Durch die Nutzung der
bestmöglichen Partner im Bildungsbereich in Europa garantieren wir ausgezeichnete
Qualität und professionelle Organisation der inkludierten Workshops und Leistungen.
Dies ist eine tolle Möglichkeit für junge Menschen mit internationalen Jugendlichen
zusammen zu arbeiten und Freundschaften zu knüpfen. Für Ihre Schule ist es eine
tolle Gelegenheit strategische Partnerschaften zu formen und im Zuge der gemeinsamen Workshops internationale Schulpartnerschaften zu knüpfen.
Information über das Erasmus+ Förderprogramm
Wir arbeiten mit internationalen Schulen und Jugendgruppen zusammen um qualitativ
hochwertige, geförderte Workshops für Jugendliche anzubieten. Die Teilnehmer bewerben sich um eine Förderung unter Key Action 2 des Erasmus+ Förderprogrammes.
Wir führen Sie durch das Anmeldeprozedere und koordinieren des gemeinsame Projekt mit den Projektteilnehmern. Weitere Informationen können auch auf der Website
Ihrer nationalen Agentur eingeholt werden.
TravelEdventures Stornogebühren bei nicht gewährter Förderung:
Wenn die Förderung nicht gewährt wird, dann können alle Leistungen kostenlos storniert werden. Zahlungen werden NUR dann eingesammelt, wenn die Fördermittel des
Erasmus+ Programmes genehmigt werden. Bitte informieren Sie uns, sobald Sie einen Bescheid über die Förderung bekommen.
Stornogebühren bei Storno nach positivem Förderbescheid
Nachdem die Förderung gewährt wurde gelten folgende Stornosätze:

Für Stornierung von Workshops und gebuchter Unterkunft:
25% der Kosten bei Stornierung bis 10 Wochen vor Abreise
50% der Kosten bei Stornierung bis 6 Wochen vor Abreise
70% der Kosten bei Stornierung bis 3 Wochen vor Abreise
100% der Kosten bei Stornierung innerhalb einer Woche vor der Abreise
