Bypass or anvil technology:
What is the difference?
BYPASS
The two-blade, or bypass technology is
recommended for fast-healing, precise,
stub-free cuts of thin stems and green
branches. The slim cutting head facilitates
the cutting of branches in hard-to-reach
places and prevents soft stems of being
squeezed during the cutting process.
ANVIL
The single-blade or anvil technology
provides up to 20 % more power compared
to bypass technology. During the cut, the
stems and branches rest on the anvil.
Anvil shears are ideal for cutting dead and
hard wood (e.g. for rose and brush cutting).
They facilitate arm-friendly ­work at
minimum cutting vibration.

Two cutting modes: In the high-speed
cutting mode, make use of the short path
for fast cutting of thin branches. For cutting

The telescopic handle of model RR 400 T
is simple and fast extendable to
240 cm – 400 cm using a grid of holes
and detent lever.
The cutting head is quickly and easily
adjusted by up to 225° thanks to the
rotary closure and thus can be varied
according to the direction in which the
branches are growing.
Non-stick coated blades reduce the
required cutting force significantly,
make them easier to clean and avoid the
transmission of diseases.
The colouring (red and yellow) and the
special design of the cutting head ensure
a good visibility and thus always safe and
precise work in the trees.

Your professional harvester
What could be better than fresh produce from your own
garden? To harvest fruit quickly and have the time to enjoy it,
use the fruit picker with cutting blade and joint, so that you
can adjust the working angle by up to 180°. It avoids damaging the fruit and makes the work easy for you.
The branch hook is also very useful. You can use it to
shake the branches, pull them down or even support them.
The ideal tool in winter to remove deposits of snow from
the trees.

Start with the saw
With tree care, a saw is the tool for all the rough work, so
this is where you should begin. There is a classic shark saw
(RE-M), which prevents attack from bacteria and therefore
rot, thanks to its very smooth and precise cut. The professional shark saw (RE-PM) enables you to save energy when
sawing as the integrated branch hook holds the saw in the
groove. Another asset is the bark scarifier, which prevents
splits as well as cracking in the bark. The saw teeth are
doubly hardened and cut in both ways (push and pull).
