Reporting to Parents
School mid-term reports will be sent home in the last week of this term. Student Led Conferences
were a big success, especially with the new families who have come to our school. If you require a
more formal interview please make a time to meet with your child’s teacher to discuss his/her
learning. Remember teachers are available any time of the year to meet with you at a mutually
agreed time.
Assembly
Everyone is welcome to attend our assemblies in the hall each Friday at 1.50pm.
Kind regards,
Ngā mihi nui
Marilynn
INTERNET BANKING
Each family is asked to have a turn to take the school towels
home to be washed. You are rostered on in alphabetical order. So
you will only have to do the washing every 136 school weeks.
The list of families, on towel duty, is also on the term calendar.
If you would like to pay your School
or other fees (camps etc.) You are
able to pay using internet banking.
Please state, in the reference
section, your child’s name and
reason for payment; this means the
office can then code the money
correctly.

Scholastic Book Club
The Scholastic Book Club offer is being sent home this week. Please note all orders are to be completed
(either online or returned to the office) by no later than Monday 2nd March.
New change to the way books are ordered - Parents can register and order online directly at
http://mybookclub.scholastic.co.nz. Your orders will be delivered to the school office and will be
distributed to the classrooms.
OR
Alternatively you can fill out the forms and return to the school office. Please note that if you have
ordered directly online please DO NOT submit your forms to the office as this will cause duplicate

Please return all pool
keys to the school office.
