PLATINUM PRACTICE BREAKFAST:
"THE TWO BEST THINGS I EVER DID IN PRACTICE WERE..."
FRIDAY AUGUST 12TH 7:00AM
When TEVA began in 2008, it was started by a group of
practitioners that were passionate about bringing the highest
quality, most relevant, and cutting edge Continuing Education to
our area. Several of these were associate veterinarians; a few
were mobile practitioners, and some were owners of some of
the largest practices in the area and bring camaraderie among
colleagues. They created a Platinum Practice Sponsorship
opportunity as a way for practices of all kinds to continue to give
back to their profession year after year. Each year this money is
specifically used to help fund the speaker budget of TEVA’s annual
CE Symposium, which in turn allows us to bring in the best, most
highly sought after speakers from around the world. We would like
to invite you to be a Platinum Practice this year, by simply returning
the form attached with this letter.
As a group, we Platinum Practices, represent all facets of our
industry. We hope to continue to grow to include even more
practitioners…young and old. Everyone is invited to be a Platinum
Practice. Our goal is for this group to represent the best of our
Association. We try hard to honor this group for your contributions
to TEVA, and our profession, by hosting a Platinum Practice event
at each Symposium.
In years past we have had a business-type speaker and had
a special breakfast or dinner specifically for you, the Practices
Owner’s or your representative. Based on responses we had
to our recent survey of the Platinum Practices, we have elected
to have a Platinum Practice Breakfast on Friday August 12th as
part of the Summer CE Symposium. This breakfast will be from
7-8am and feature a “The Two Best Things I Ever Did in Practice
Were…” discussion, facilitated by Dr. Gary Hodges, Dr. Pete Vaden
and other TEVA Board Members. In addition to inviting all of the
Platinum Practice Owner’s, we would like to encourage you to
bring along associates or younger practitioners that you might be
mentoring. We would like to have each practice add something to
the conversation, so be thinking of your “Two Best Things You Ever
Did in Practice” so that you can participate.
Please sign up for the breakfast when you register for the Summer
Symposium, and add on the names of any associates you will
be bringing. The breakfast will be free of charge thanks to our
sponsors MWI Veterinary Supply and Arthrodynamic Technologies.
