NEXT BOARD MEETING:
June 7, 2016

CLUB MEMBERS,
Springtime is finally starting to emerge. This is evident to me
because, as I write this from the passenger seat of an SUV
after having just crossed the Mackinac Bridge, I see there is
lots of sun, lots of green and, unfortunately, lots of people who are now in
"Spring-Driving Mode". By that, I mean that they are too distracted looking
at the scenery to drive like a normal person. I'm glad the folks in our Club
know better.
We have lots of good things coming up in the next month. The Spring run
to Monroe, WI is in a few weeks, and our very own Marinette Dynamic
Duo, Corey Romasko and Lindsay Nordin, have planned the Redux trip
down to Bowling Green to visit Corvette Mecca. Hopefully you can join!
One housekeeping note -- we will be voting, at the June meeting, on the
proposed motion to increase Membership Dues for 2017. The motion, as
presented, is to increase single membership dues to $30 (from $25) and to
increase dual membership dues to $40 (from $35). The motion will be
decided by a majority of those PRESENT and voting AT the June meeting.
Please make sure to attend so that you can cast your vote and help control
your destiny.
NEXT MEETING
June 7, 2016
8:00pm
As a final note, much like April showers bring May
flowers, May weather also brings motorcyclists. Make
sure to keep an eye out for our two-wheeled friends
(many of which are also Club members) as you cruise.
Like we say at Schneider, "Safety First and Always."
Until next time...
