Terms and Conditions:
1. Priority booking (“Offer”) for THE MAROON 5 WORLD TOUR 2015 – HONG KONG
(“Concert”) applies to principal and supplementary cardholders (“Cardholders”) of
Citibank Credit Cards ( “Eligible Cards”) issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited
(“Citibank”), except Citibank Rewards UnionPay Card, Citibank Cash Back American
Express® Card and Diners Club Card.
2. Cardholders are required to settle payments in full with Eligible Cards in order to enjoy
the Offer.
3. The priority booking period for Citi Clear Card and Citibank I.T Visa Card is from May
4, 2015 to May 5, 2015, while the priority booking period for all other Eligible Cards is
on May 5, 2015.
4. During the priority booking period, Cardholders can make priority booking through either
one of the following channels: a) Priority Booking Hotline at (852) 31 288 288 (10am –
8pm) or b) Hong Kong Ticketing website www.hkticketing.com (10am – 11:59pm).
5. A customer service fee of HK$25 will be charged on each ticket purchased.
6. Tickets are available while stocks last. Each Cardholder can purchase a maximum of 10
tickets in each transaction.
7. Tickets can be collected by either a) pick-up in person or b) via courier
services. Cardholders who pick up the tickets in person at Hong Kong Ticketing’s retail
outlets (venue box offices, K11 Select and Tom Lee Music Stores) must present the
Eligible Card used to settle payments. For collection via courier services, please visit
www.hkticketing.com for arrangement and fee details. Cardholders should ensure the
delivery address/information is correct. Citibank, the concert organizer and Hong Kong
Ticketing are not responsible for undelivered tickets due to wrong or incomplete delivery
address/information. No replacement for any loss of tickets.
8. No refund, cancellation or amendment will be allowed once the tickets are sold.
9. Regardless of age, each ticket admits one person only. A valid ticket must be provided
for admission. Reserved seating zone is suitable for age 3 or above; standing zone
is restricted to age 12 or above and a height of 140cm or above. Please
visit www.asiaworld-expo.com for the standing zone admission arrangement.
10.Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or
services. The concert organizer is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities
relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
11.Citibank, the concert organizer and Hong Kong Ticketing reserve the right to terminate
the Offer or amend their terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
12.All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank, the concert
organizer and Hong Kong Ticketing.
13.In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms
and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
