What is the Offer?
Goibibo will send voucher of INR 3000 (“Voucher(s)”) to Goibibo customers who choose to apply for
Citibank N.A. (“Citibank”) credit cards online and use the same on card activation.
Validity:
This Offer is valid till 30th September 2015.
Goibibo Terms and Conditions:
1) Voucher can be used to avail Domestic Flights/Intl Flights/Hotels/Bus bookings on Goibibo.com
2) User cannot claim the Voucher in the form of cash
3) In case of refund or cancellation the Voucher given to customer would be adjusted from the refund
value
4) User cannot use multiple Vouchers in a single booking. If user does not enter the Voucher code at the
time of booking, the user cannot claim the discount later
5) All goibibo.com website usage T&C apply
6) Voucher would be in the form of promotional GoCash
7) GoCash would be valid for 90 days from the date of issue
8) GoCash usage restriction applies as per details on www.goibibo.com/gocash
Citibank Terms and Conditions:
1. This is an Offer from Goibibo; Citibank shall be the activity partner.
2. The Offer is valid for Citibank credit cards issued in India only.
3. The Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer and cannot be transferred or assigned to any
other person or customer.
4. Issuance of Credit Cards to customers who apply here shall be at the sole discretion of Citibank
& based on Citibank internal policy criteria. Standard Citibank Cardmember terms and
conditions will apply here.
5. Goibibo will be responsible, for the disputes, queries and contentions raised by the Customers
with respect to the Goibibo vouchers and the services to be provided by Goibibo whereas any
other disputes, queries and contentions related to Citibank Credit Card and related services shall
be resolved by Citibank.
6. Standard Goibibo guidelines shall apply for redemption of Voucher and can be referred on
Goibibo website.

7. The entrants/customers shall not hold either Citibank or Goibibo.com, its group entities, or
affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, responsible for or
liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses which an
entrant/customer claims to have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claims to suffer, sustain or
incur, by way of and/or on account of the use or non-use of the Goibibo Voucher. The terms of
conditions as mentioned on Goibibo.com shall be applicable and binding as regards issues
pertaining to the use of Goibibo Vouchers and related services.
8. Any disputes (except issue related to Citibank credit card) regarding delivery, service, suitability,
merchantability, availability or quality of services obtained by using the Goibibo Voucher must
be addressed in writing, by the customer/entrant directly to [email protected] and that
Citibank will not entertain any communication in this regard, for any reason whatsoever.
9. Goibibo.com and Citibank reserves the right to, without liability or prejudice to any of its other
rights, at any time, without previous notice and from time to time, withdraw/ suspend/ amend/
cancel or amend/ modify/ vary any of the Terms & Conditions of this Offer, without assigning
any reasons therefore.
10. Nothing contained in these terms and conditions, nor the running of this Offer to which they
apply, shall be construed as an obligation on Citibank to continue the Offer up to, on or after the
time the Offer Period ends.
11. Nothing mentioned herein amounts to a commitment or representation from Citibank to
conduct further such offers in future.
12. The Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the Laws of India. Any dispute, arising out of this
Offer, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Mumbai only.
13. The terms and conditions of the Offer shall be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation
to the rules and regulations governing the use of the Citibank Credit Card and/or the Citibank
websites as stated above. Payment of fees/service charges/all other amounts due from the
Customer to Citibank from usage of credit cards by the Customer under this Offer and/or
otherwise will be governed by Citibank Terms & Conditions and the Cardmember terms and
conditions.
14. A Customer without being required to do any further act, shall be deemed to have read,
understood and unconditionally accepted the terms and conditions herein. The above terms and
conditions need to be read in conjunction with the Citibank Cardmember terms and conditions.
Customer can view the Citibank Cardmember terms and conditions as well as the complete
terms and conditions on the online portal http://www.citibank.com/india.
15. Each Party’s actions shall be on a best-efforts basis only.
16. By accessing the Offer, Customers agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions contained
herein. Without a Customer being required to do any further act, the Customer shall be deemed
to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted the Terms & Conditions herein.

17. If the Offer and/or anything to be done by Citibank or any other entity in respect of the Offer is
prevented or delayed by causes, circumstances or events beyond the control of Citibank or any
other entity, including but not limited to computer viruses, tampering, unauthorized
intervention, interception, fraud, technical failures, floods, fires, accidents, earthquakes, riots,
explosions, wars, hostilities, acts of government or other causes of like or similar or other
character beyond the control of Citibank or the other entity/ies, then Citibank and/or the other
entity/ies shall not be liable for the same to the extent so prevented or delayed, and will not be
liable for any consequences.
