an empty carton.

Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation, Acupuncture and for Tattooing.
It is suitable for chiropractic and osteopathic treatments, and is
used for Vitrectomy (eye surgery) post-operative ergonomic
support for optimum face down recovery.
For your information: This chair is sold in the USA under the
name Portal Pro. We had also been calling the chair (since 1992)
Portal Pro Massage Chair. However, due to products being
offered and sold in Europe under the same name, we now offer
the Original chair under the name of »Oakworks Pro Chair« in

Versatile range of application - simple to use!
A simple, clean and safe solution for use in heat or cold therapy.
Similar to the effects of Paraffin or Fango treatments but
without the cumbersome preparation and clean up. The
bag is made of a double layer of specially developed
plastic and is very resistant to oil, detergents and solvents, as well as
to extreme cold and heat. It is extremely robust (supports 200 kg
weight when filled) and yet very soft and flexible. The bag retains the
heat and cold for up to two hours.
Application:
The water bag can be filled directly with warm
or cold tap water. For extra cooling, just place
the bag in the refrigerator. For ice pack
treatments, fill the bag with a mix of 20%
alcohol and 80% water, put it in a normal
pillowcase and place it in the freezer
compartment of your fridge.

The purchase of a table is quite often made during the training at the beginning
of a career. We would like to assist you in making the right choice and have listed
below frequently asked questions and a few key words and factors to consider
concerning the use of our portable tables:
How often will you transport your table?

Principally, our entire range of portable tables is also designed for mobile use.
Aside from the weight of the table, the width of the table is a major factor to
consider when making your choice. The rule is: the wider the table, the larger (and
higher!) it is when it is folded, thus becoming very impractical to transport for
smaller people. We highly recommend the use of a Carry Case, which allows an
easy transport of your table and provides excellent protection for the upholstery.

The correct width for your table depends on the treatments and techniques you
use as well as on your own body size. We mostly sell widths between 71 cm and 79
cm. A wider table offers more comfort for your client. We especially recommend
widths of 76 cm or 79 cm for longer, relaxation-oriented treatments, as this allows
the client's arms to rest comfortably on the table also whilst lying face-up. If you
have a smaller body size, then we recommend a narrower table so that you do not
have to bend too often. Narrower tables are ideal for making house calls, however
provide less comfort for the client than the wider tables.
Do you kneel on the table during the treatment?
Kneeling on the table top during a treatment puts excess pressure on the table.
Choose a table made for this purpose such as the NOVA or the ATHLET models.
These tables have been specifically designed to handle such strain and will provide
you with extra safety and durability for many years.
Do you need firm support?
Our tables are comfortably padded and softer than traditional massage
tables. For chiropractic treatments and physiotherapy we offer special
foams with higher density that are more firm.
How often will you use your table?
The Oakworks massage tables and chairs have been developed and
manufactured to handle the strains of daily use and for professional use in
clinics and medical centers.
The products undergo the strictest and toughest quality testing. We fully and
totally recommend these tables. The initial higher purchase price pays off over the
years in comparison to a cheaper table!

Returns And Exchange Policy
As a rule, we confirm your order within a few hours or we
contact you if we need to clear up any open points.
Simply call us whenever you have any questions, require
personal assistance with your purchase, or want to inquire
about the availability of the product you wish to order
(we carry several hundred tables and chairs on stock). Products
on stock are delivered within 1-3 days. Should the delivery of
your order be done in several parts, you naturally pay the
shipping costs only once.
For all shipped products, we maintain a 14-day returns and
exchange policy beginning with the date of receipt, provided
the products are returned unused, in perfect condition and in
their original packaging. It is sufficient to inform us of your
intention to make a return in order to maintain the deadline.
Pack the products as securely as you have received them!
Products that have to be ordered or custom made cannot be
returned (this will be stated in the order confirmation). Other
products that can not be returned are opened consumables
and those that cannot be resold as new (massage oils and
lotions, sheets and covers, hygiene products, CD's & DVD's).
Please call us before returning the products. We will send
you the necessary forms. We do not accept undeclared
returns!
The return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
(We do pay for the return shipping costs within Germany for
items of a value higher than € 40.)
This does not apply to approved claims. We would very much
appreciate a short and informal explanation of your reasons
for making the return. Thank You!

We have no minimum order value. Order exactly what you
need, and no more!
We also offer express delivery should you need your products
right away. The surcharge depends on the size of the shipment
and the priority level (time target). Please contact us for an

Fair Prices & Discounts
Our prices are calculated on a fair and narrow margin and that
is why we can only offer the discounts stated below. All prices
include VAT. Prices subject to change without prior notice.
Bulk Order & Quantity Discounts
We offer the following Bulk Order Discount on all our tables,
therapy chairs and stools: 5% discount for 3-4 tables or chairs
or, 10% discount for 5 pieces or more. For all other articles we
offer the following Quantity Discount:
5% discount for 5 pieces or more, 10% for 10 pieces or more.
Methods of Payment
You may pay by Bank Transfer (Payment in Advance) or by
Credit Card (MasterCard & VISA). Upon request, we also offer
Cash On Delivery shipping for some countries. Please note
there is an extra C.O.D. service charge for this option.
For products that must be ordered or custom-made, a down
payment of 30% must be paid upon order confirmation.
Terms of Payment
Our invoices must be paid with 21 days of receipt. If payment
is not received, a 1st Request for Payment Letter (plus € 2.50
handling fee) is sent out. This is then followed by a second
reminder per telephone or letter as a 2nd Request for Payment
(plus € 5 handling fee). If no payment is made after two
weeks, we will then take legal steps and start a default action.
Please note that this involves high extra costs for the
customer.
Returns Procedure
The14-day return policy gives you sufficient time to inspect
and try out your product, just like in a store. Should any
damage be incurred to the product through your inspection,
we reserve the right to deduct the value of the damages from
the price of the product in the case of a return. You can
prevent this by not handling the product as an owner and
inspecting it in such a way as to not diminish its value. In the
case you have fully paid for your product at the time of return,
you will naturally get your money back. (Please state this in
your return and include your bank details!).
Miscellaneous
If your products are delivered to you damaged, please make
a claim with the courier service immediately upon receipt!
Please be sure to keep the original packaging as well as all the
delivery forms and receipts. Contact the shipping company and
request a written confirmation of the damage.
If your product needs to be repaired:
Call us at anytime. We keep repair kits for the upholstery as
well as all the important spare parts in stock ready for your
needs.
Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, the Legal Sellers Warranty as defined
by (European) Law is applicable.

All products remain our property until fully paid. Our General

Upholstery fabric TERRA TOUCHTM - Durable, environmentally friendly and wonderfully soft.
Oakworks has specially developed this wonderfully soft
upholstery fabric. Terra Touch is based on PU (Polyurethane), and
is environmentally friendly in both its production and daily use.
Most of the imitation leather commonly used is based on
Polyvinyl chloride (PVC), which is extremely hazardous to both
health and environment. Terra Touch has undergone rigorous
testing to assess its durability against heat, cold, detergents and
oils. The material is guaranteed not to fade and is extremely
resistant to stain and oil. We stock a large selection of different

Important information concerning the care
of Oakworks Upholstery
Both Terra Touch and Ultra Touch may be cleaned with water
and a mild detergent. The use of aggressive disinfectants is
not advisable. For disinfection purposes we recommend the
use of a 1:10 in water diluted regular chlorine bleach, or the
Pro-Ren disinfectant tissues (p. 39). Damages incurred
through the use of any other disinfectants are not covered
by the guarantee.
