Food, phone, and parking are not included, though limited parking spaces are distributed. Please see Housing FAQs for more details. As a first-time LA applicant, a student cannot request a specific property. FIDM must have the flexibility to assign spaces according to availability for the student’s first quarter, due to the nature of our housing. In the following quarter, as a Student Housing renewal applicant, the student is able to request a specific property and is given priority placement.
