Type of Ceremonies
LEGAL
For a ceremony to be legal in Mexico it is required to be in Spanish. We will
therefore provide you with simultaneous translation at the moment of the
ceremony. There are certain requirements and paper work needed for a legal
wedding which need to be sent prior to your arrival to Los Cabos for us to be
able to send your marriage application to the Civil Court in Los Cabos:
Copy of Photo ID from bridal couple
Copy of birth certificates from bridal couple
4 witnesses and Copy of their photo ID
Documentation for legal ceremonies (document to be provided by your wedding
coordinator)
Blood test to be performed at the hotel for the couple ($200.00 us)
Copy of the Migration form (form you will receive at Los Cabos Airport when
you arrive)
You will be given your Marriage License on your wedding day , please note that
you will still need to check with your City/Town Hall on the requirements to
validate your marriage with the Marriage License we provide.
SYMBOLIC
A Symbolic Ceremony is performed in English by a minister. There is no paper
work nor blood test or additional fees involved. The couple needs to get to Los
Cabos at least 2 business days before the wedding day. The coordinator will put
the minister in contact with the couple in advance so they can work together
on the vows. Please note that a symbolic ceremony does not have any legal
validation in Mexico or any other country.

Payment Policy
DEPOSIT POLICY
A deposit of $500.00 us is required for any of the Wedding Packages. This deposit
can then be applied toward ceremony and/or reception charges which have been
purchased in addition to the wedding package.
If the wedding couple chooses not to purchase additional ceremony and/or
reception amenities, the credit can then be applied toward any room charges
upon check out, including but not limited to phone charges, SPA treatments
and other hotel charges. Any remaining credit balance will be refunded in the
form of the original payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The wedding can be canceled six or more months prior to the confirmed date
without penalties. If the wedding is canceled within six months, the nonrefundable deposit will be kept as a penalty. If the wedding is canceled, but
the couple still travels as planed, the deposit can then be applied toward any
additional room charges made during their stay.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
The entire payment must be paid in full at least two days prior to the wedding,
after the first meeting with the wedding coordinator. The final wedding
payment must be paid with traveler checks or credit card.

Shipment Procedures
Couples are welcome to ship any favors or decoration items in advance, but
please note that for shipping boxes to the region of Los Cabos, it is mandatory
the use of a broker. Our recommended broker is:

Wedding Event Policies
 Please make sure to provide your wedding coordinator with all the wedding details
the latest one month before the wedding.
 Wedding Ceremonies are usually held 1and a half to 2 hrs before sunset to ensure
there is enough light for your sunset pictures, please ask your wedding coordinator
when would the best time be, depending on the season.
 For the external events the music curfew is at 11 :00 pm. If you wish to continue the
event please ask your wedding coordinator for the different options.
 Wedding Group’s Dining, Please note that we are not able to make reservations at
any of our restaurants for groups wanting to dine at the same time. For more than 10
guests different policies will apply
 You are requested to have one set menu for a plated dinner, but in case that It will
be necessary we are able to have up to 3 main course options. You will be required
to provide the quantities and final count of each plate 1 month prior to your
wedding and on the wedding date to provide place cards which will need to be
color or figure coded.
 For a buffet dinner style there is a minimum of 40 guest required
 Additional Services: Please be advised that all services (decorations, entertainment,
flowers, video, photography, fire show or any other type of service) can be coordinated
directly by your wedding coordinator. In case that you wish to contact or bring your
own vendor, please make sure to let your coordinator know before confirming and be
aware that this will incur an additional fee.
 Room deliveries: If you are bringing welcome bags for your guests, we can gladly
accommodate those in the suites; for this there is a fee of $4.00 us per room and all
room deliveries are to be done in the afternoon.
 Spa and beauty Salon services will need to be booked prior to your arrival to the hotel
in order to ensure space and personnel availability.
