Quick Links There are some animated 'Quick Links' on your Home Page that allow you to access some our most frequently used pages at the click of a mouse, rather than navigating through menu options to find them. They include: 1. Find a Loan - this takes you to a quick search for a particular loan, where you can enter the file no. or the surname for that loan. 2. Update Loan Alert Profile - this takes you directly to the Loan Alert page, which allows you to dictate when, & how you are automatically messaged for updates on your loan application's progress. When you have finished using the site, simply click on Logout to conclude your access. The top menu also includes a Home link, which will always bring you back to your Home Page, and a Contact Us option. Pending Approval Conditionally Approved Unconditionally Approved Settled. These one-click searches bring up a list of matching loans, and from this list you can access detailed information on individual loans. This option allows you to tailor a search to your own requirements, and find loans that match your own set criteria. The snapshot below is an example of what we call a "Power Search". Using this function you are able to create reports on whatever criteria you wish eg. products, current & historical loan status, or any combination of these criteria. When you have selected your criteria, click on Search and you will be taken to your search results. Search This page lists the results of your search. Note, when you hover your cursor over the surname of the borrower, a pop-up balloon will appear giving you the full name of the primary borrowers. Loan Details We have expanded the functionality of the site to include much more detail on your loans so that you can track their progress more efficiently. The File Information page is specific to an individual loan and lists all the information you need on that loan in the one spot. You can navigate to different sections of the page by clicking on the links at the top & bottom of the page. The page is broken up into the following sections: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. A button which takes you directly to the right contact email address at HomeSide to find out about loan status queries is also in this section. Approvals When the loan reaches a status in the Approval section, that milestone will be denoted by a 'tick'. When the loan is in Approval In Principle status, you have the option of printing off an Approval In Principle Letter, for your borrower to use as evidence of our Approval in Principle if required eg. if they wish to attend an auction. You are also able to do the same for an Unconditional Approval, simply click on the button to view it. File Notes File notes are those entered by HomeSide staff for internal tracking of the loan & to record extra information. This section has been included purely for your information to assist you with tracking a loan and the notes are not to be used as a formal source of status information. If at anytime you have a query about the contents of the notes, please call your HomeSide Broker Sales Manager or Broker Support to discuss them.
