We have worked for clubs from all around the world since 1965. Big, small, young,
not so young anymore, male, female, and mixed clubs – we’ve helped them, and
thousands like them, every year to create their perfect custom clothing.
Some designs are simple, with just a few colours and minimalist artwork, whilst
others are complex, with millions of colours and intricate designs; others still are
avant-garde, conservative, or extrovert. Yet every one of them tells a story – your
story – and we are incredibly proud to be able to help you tell it.

Once you confirm that you’re happy with the quote, our team of experienced designers
will work on your design, starting from your team’s colours and logos. Of course, you
will receive a set of designs to choose from and once you’ve selected your favourite,
and made the changes to arrive at the final design, we will then reproduce and adapt
this for all the items of your team’s clothing.

5. CONFIRM YOUR DESIGN ARTWORK AND YOUR ORDER
When you get in contact with us, a member of our staff will guide you through the process
of selecting the best options and features for your custom clothing to meet your needs,
requirements and budget. This also ensures that you will be sent a precise quote for
everything you request.
Once every piece of your custom clothing has been designed you will receive the final
artwork and your order confirmation for your final approval. The artwork will show you
every single part of your clothing that will be printed with your design; this is the best
way to check that we have placed your logos in the right positions and that every part
of your kit will be produced exactly as you want it.
3.MEET A SANTINI AGENT AND FEEL THE DIFFERENCE
6. RECEIVE YOUR CUSTOM CLOTHING
If you wish, one of our agents will visit you at your team’s headquarters with a set of
samples and a sizing kit. Don’t worry if we don’t have an agent in your area: instead, you
will be sent the sizing kit for you to have a look at. You will then be able to see the superior
quality of our products and really feel the difference, too.
When you confirm all your artwork and your order, we will start producing your team’s
clothing. Our standard time for production is 60 days from the artwork and order
confirmation. Then, once everything is made to our strict quality levels, we will deliver
your finished custom clothing to you ready for you to enjoy!

The process is simple and the service is
free. Our designers will work on some
graphics based on the information you
provide: we just need to know what are
the colours of your team (you can tell us
the Pantone references or choose them
from our colour chart – see far right) and
where you want to place the logos of your
sponsors (our illustration – see right – will
help you select the best and most visible
spots). In order to achieve a perfect result
we also ask you to provide all the logos
for your team kit in vector format. If you
are unable to do so don’t worry – our
designers will be able to rebuild them for
you for an additional cost.

The customisable area of a bib-short is
the side-band. Over the years we have
developed different versions by testing
them with our professional teams so that
you can have what you deserve – the best.
This is why each one of our side-band
cuts carries the name of a professional
team – you just have to pick the one you
like the most!
This is the standard, simple and traditional
side-band cut.
The POLTI side-band is made of a single panel that
runs from one side to the other of the short creating
a semi-circle that goes across the back.
SIDE-BAND CUT/VACANSOLEIL
SIDE-BAND CUT/MAPEI
The VACANSOLEIL side-band consists of a
horizontal panel on the back joined with two lateral
bands that go down the side of the thigh and wrap
around the leg to finish on the low inner thigh.
The MAPEI side-band is the joining of a horizontal
panel across the back with a side-band that runs
up the entire side of the thigh. This side-band then
turns into a deeply encircling panel on the lower
leg of the shorts.
This is the side-band we developed in 2010 with
our Dutch team VACANSOLEIL.
SIDE-BAND CUT/BONJOUR
SIDE-BAND CUT/DIESEL
The BONJOUR band is made of a horizontal panel
on the back and two straight bands on the sides.
The DIESEL side-band cut consists of a single panel
that, starting from the inner thigh, opens out on
the front and goes up to the side of the leg before
running along the back in a semi-circle.
We created this side-band cut in 2000 for the
French team BONJOUR.

These 3 side-band cuts are the most cost effective in our collection because
they are made of separate segments. During the sublimation process, we
use only one sheet for the entire bib-short, helping to keep costs lower and
avoiding waste.

new bottom layer shape, made of soft microfibre, is designed

Santini has been producing technical cycling clothing in Italy since
1965 and we’re now using our experience in high-performance
materials and customisation through sublimation for our triathlon gear.
All the products in the Santini TRE range are made of Lycra MONICA, highly
breathable, flexible but firm fabric, and are treated with ACQUAZERO to repel
water and make the garment dry faster after the swim session. Santini has
also developed GTR, a chamois designed specifically for triathlon that is lightweight,
breathable and anti-shock. It does not retain water and is comfortable during the run.
