Three holiday destinations, one unforgettable hiking experience. Enjoy a four or seven
day hiking holiday in the Graubunden mountain world. Discover the rich diversity of
hiking trails between Davos, Arosa and Lenzerheide. And while you’re underway, your
luggage will be transported from hotel to hotel by rail and postbus.

Route description
Starting point is Davos or Lenzerheide. With the Parsennbahn lift from Davos town
to the „Panoramaweg“ Station. The popular high altitude walk on well maintained
practically horizontal walking paths leads to the Strelapass (2350 m). From the Strelapass the path zigzags steeply down to Haupter Tälli. On the sunny side through
the Sapün valley to the mountain Restaurant Heimeli and then on to Chüpfen. Light
climb to Medergen, passing by the Alp Tschuggen and the Alp Tieja. From the Furggaalp a little road leads down to the reservoir. A short climb past the Untersee lake,
into the centre of Arosa. With the Hörnli-Express cable car from Arosa to Hörnli
(2513 m). Short descent and then across the Urden valley. Then steep ascent to the
Urdenfürggli (2546 m). Tremendous view to the west, north, as well as down to Lenzerheide-Valbella. First steep, later regular descent over Motta to Scharmoin (1904
m, Middle station of the Rothorn cable car). Through the Scharmoin Forest down to
Valbella or Lenzerheide (1485 m).

General information
Luggage transport Your luggage will be transported by Rhaetian Railway and postbus.
Your hotel will arrange the drop-off and collection of luggage. The price includes one piece of luggage per person. Additional pieces of luggage can be transported at a surcharge.
Refreshments One packed lunch will be provided per person and stage of the trip.
Equipment We recommend very sturdy footwear (hiking boots), a pullover, rainwear and
sun cream for mountain hikes.
Insurance is the responsibility of the individual participant.
Euro The tourism organizations explicitly reserve the right to adjust prices resulting
from changes in exchange rates up to 21 days before the start of the package. The stated
prices are calculated as of February 2011 (€ 1.00 = CHF 1.25/guide price).
Liability The tourism organizations are liable for the correct completion of reservations at
the resorts. Davos Destinations-Organisation (Gen.), Arosa Tourism and the Lenzerheide
Holiday Region accept no liability whatsoever in any other respect.
