We pride ourselves on exceptional service delivered with unpretentious style, and aim to impress all of our event guests with banquet fare that equals the quality and innovation of our six restaurants. From the food to the cocktails, everything is made from scratch using seasonal fruits and vegetables. This includes all of our breads and pastries, which are baked from start to finish in our pastry kitchen. We do not use trans fats in any of our menu items, and are happy to accommodate requests for vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free menus. Please don’t hesitate to ask for whatever you need. Executive Chef Jason Friendy upholds the highest culinary standards in all of our kitchens, and expects creativity and attention to detail from all of his staff. He also strongly believes in sourcing local and regional ingredients whenever possible. The current menus include local eggs from Tahoe Food Hub, Northern California produce from Produce Plus, meats from The Sausage Factory in Carson City and Sierra Meats in Reno, chicken and lamb from Petaluma Poultry, jelly and honey from Steven’s Farmhouse in Yuba City, as well as California produced cheeses including Shaft’s Blue Cheese and Cowgirl Creamery cheeses. When seasonally available, our menus feature even more locally and regionally sourced ingredients.
