your day perfect! You can rest assured the Holiday Inn Fargo team will

You have been dreaming about this day for years and now it has finally come true! Our ballrooms range
from Dakota Hall which can accommodate up to 100 guests to the Great Hall, which can accommodate
up to 600 guests. The Great Hall is a spacious room with tall ceilings which provide you with a great
setting for your special day.
The Holiday Inn Fargo is conveniently located on the corner of I-29
and I-94 on 13th Avenue. The hotel is also surrounded by 15 different
restaurants. Also across the street from the hotel is West Acres Mall
which is the largest mall in North Dakota.

Cleaning and Damage Deposit

$500.00 of the initial deposit shall be retained as a Cleaning and Damage Deposit to be returned after the event

If excessive cleaning is needed or damage occurs the deposit will be retained by the Holiday Inn

Beverage Services
We offer a wide range of beverage services to best fit your needs. As with any location in North Dakota, the legal age to purchase
or consume alcohol is twenty-one years of age or older. Please use our services safely and in moderation.
The Holiday Inn of Fargo does not allow any liquor, including beer or wine, to be brought into the hotel and served for any
banquet function. The Holiday Inn of Fargo is the only licensee authorized to sell and serve liquor, including beer or wine, on
these premises.
All bars have a $300 bar minimum required for each bar at the event. If the bar minimum is not met, a $100 per bartender fee will
be applied. Events that request a bar must have a minimum event attendance of 30 guests. For parties under 30 guests, a waitress
carry is suggested.
