MOBILE RENTAL SYSTEMS
Mobile studios and video prodcution, ENG units, control rooms, editing suites, playout servers, file-based production
platforms, cloud-based and remote systems – Qvest Media plays a prominent role as technical equipment supplier
for international events in the fields of sports, shows and entertainment. Continuous investment in leadingedge broadcasting, production and media equipment enables us to tailor production environments to individual
requirements. The design and planning of such mobile rental systems is performed in close collaboration between
our solutions business and expert planners from Qvest Media Systems Integration.
FLYPACK-SYSTEMS – AT HOME AROUND THE WORLD
Designed for rapid deployment, pre-installed flypack systems can be shipped virtually anywhere in the world
and, being plug & play, can be put into operation immediately. Thanks to their modular construction, the systems
can be scaled and configured for special production environments in the planning stage. In this way, direction
units can be set up as a temporary broadcasting centre for full-blown live transmissions. Our flypack systems are
intended for events with changing venues such as concert tours, motor sports and tennis, world cup events in
golf and winter sports or promotional tours.

INSURANCE RENTAL EQUIPMENT
Insurance for rental equipment: 2.5 % of the order sum for coverage within Germany and adjacent countries.
Retention in the case of damage amounts 2/3 of the replacement value up to 5.000€ Euro.
1. Possible increases of risk – as for example aerial shooting – have to be discussed with Qvest Media and the
insurer before commencement of risk.
2. Goods are not insured in vehicles between 22:00 p.m. and 06:00 a.m.
3. Not insured – apply in the context of the contract – are for example claims that result from damage by war or
offences against customs regulations or administrative instructions.
For further information we refer to the conditions of our electronic equipment insurance, which we willingly deliver
on demand.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Basically the general terms and conditions of Qvest Media are valid to all contracts. All prices are based on Euro.
Insurance and legal value-added tax have to be added on. This price list is subject to possible alteration of prices.
It is not allowed to duplicate, publish, announce or to use the content of this price list for any commercial reasons
