“Fully Two Way Wireless Technology”
The Enforcer is a wireless system that includes a
control panel (Enforcer 32-WE) and a variety of
wireless devices which all use the Pyronix two way
wireless technology.
“Instant Detector
Wake Up / Sleep”
The two way wireless technology is a vital part of the
system that keeps it reliable and provides a major
advantage to the installer and user.
Each wireless device on the Enforcer, including
keyfobs is a transmitter and a receiver, allowing the
implementation of the following technologies:
- Instant Two way Device Control (ITDC)
- Signal Strength Indicator (SSI)
- Proprietary two way data encryption (TDE)
· Intelligent jamming detection
“Instant Two Way
Device Control (ITDC)”
The ITDC enables instant wake up and instant
sleep of each device on the system allowing
continuous polling between control panel
and wireless devices while preserving battery
power.
This technology gives installers total control
of each device and users peace of mind
that they have a reliable and secure wireless
system.
The ITDC feature on the Enforcer holds a
significant advantage over one-way wireless
products by:
• Ensuring that all wireless detection devices
know when the system is armed and
disarmed.
• Ensuring that they are awake as soon as
the system is armed.

“Signal Strength Indicator”
One of the key advantages of implementing
IDC technology is to allow the installer to view
the radio transmission signal strength on both
the control panel and wireless devices in real
time.
Snapshot View of all 32 Wireless Inputs:
This feature is known as the Signal Strength
Indicator (SSI).
The signal strength can be viewed on each
individual device (detectors, contacts,
sirens) via the status LEDs and the panels LCD
display.

If a GREEN LED illuminates on the device, the
radio signal is strong enough at the location
of where the device is to be installed.
If a RED LED illuminates on the device, the
radio signal is not strong enough at the
location of where the device is to be installed.

Individual View:
The signal strength for each device can also
be viewed on the control panel itself in two
ways:
Snapshot view: This views all inputs at once on
the LCD display showing 3 as Excellent signal
strength, 2 as Good signal strength, 1 as Weak
signal strength and 0 as out of range signal.
Individual View: This shows the signal
strength of each individual wireless device in
percentages between 0% to 100%.
If the SSI reading is less than 10% the device
should be relocated to a location with a
higher percentage of radio transmission.

Diagnostics Menu: The diagnostic menu
allows the installer to view wireless status,
signal strength, battery levels for all devices
including sirens. It also allows the installer
to view wired input resistances, auxiliary
readings, tampers and faults on all devices.

InSite Upload/Download (UDL) Software:
The UDL software is capable of uploading/
downloading of site programming, displaying
full diagnostics, event logs, remotely arming/
disarming the system, and a full SSI test.

“Secure, Reliable and Easy to Use”
The Enforcer was engineered by Pyronix to give you a secure, reliable and easy to use
wireless alarm system.
Battery monitoring/saving
The Enforcer system uses advanced technology to preserve battery power of each
wireless device. However, sooner or later a battery would need to be changed, therefore
the Enforcer will inform you one month in advance before the device stops working,
thus giving you enough time to change the battery of the device. Other systems may
not give low battery warnings and therefore the devices will stop working, leaving your
environment unprotected
Intelligent Arming
This feature enables the control unit to automatically recognise when you’re at home
or away and therefore arming the system according to the home and away settings
programmed by your alarm engineer.
Methods of arming/disarming
The Enforcer system can be armed or disarmed using the following methods:
Local: Entering the user code or presenting a proximity tag at the keypad
Remote: Using the 4 button bi-directional wireless keyfob
User Friendly Keyfobs
The fully two way wireless keyfob allows you to see the status of the
control unit by 3 colour LEDs:
System Armed:
When the system is armed a RED LED will illuminate
System Disarmed:
When the system is disarmed, a GREEN LED will illuminate
System Fault:
When the system is in fault condition an AMBER LED will illuminate.
To each of the 4 buttons it is possible to allocate different functions such
as arming / disarming different areas, activating outputs, requesting system status, and
activating panic alarms. Up to 32 wireless keyfobs can be added to the Enforcer system.
Each wireless keyfob has its own user ID which can be reported to the ARC individually
and stored into the event log of the control panel.
