Pictures Plus is the complete software solution for photo ID
cards, school photos and class seating charts. With Pictures Plus,

Pictures Plus
Barcode Scanner Option
The barcode scanner option enables schools to create ID cards
that can be scanned in the library and cafeteria to record book
checkouts and process cafeteria sales. ID card barcode readers
are easily attached to your computer and are available from
Rediker Software.
Record Tardy Students with a Scan
Pictures Plus ID cards take away the drudgery of recording and
processing tardy and absent students. As a student enters school
late, he/she reports to the office and swipes his/her ID card.
Attendance Plus, the Administrator’s Plus attendance module,
reads the barcode, changes “absent” to “tardy”, automatically
records the time and prints a tardy form to admit the student to
class. Processing late students has never been simpler!
Add Photos to Administrator’s Plus, Mobile Apps and the
School Office Suite
Once photos are saved in Pictures Plus, they will appear throughout
Administrator’s Plus, AP Mobile Apps and the School Office Suite,
including QSP Cafeteria Point of Sale, Admissions Plus Pro, Atrium
Library, AP Accounting, and SNAP School Nurse Software.
Create Customized Photo ID Cards
A user-friendly, drag-and-drop design makes
creating custom photo ID cards easy and fun.
• Use pre-made ID card templates or design
your own.
• Customize text, colors, borders, and fields
of information.
• Enhance ID cards with the school, district,
parish, or state’s emblems and watermark.
• Create ID cards color-coded by grade level,
department or bus route. Color-coded ID
cards by bus route help teachers instantly
realize if a child is boarding the wrong bus.
• Add a barcode to create ID cards that can
be scanned in the library to check out
books and in the cafeteria to pay for meals.
• Print ID cards vertically or horizontally.
• Use any colored printer or a professional

Produce Student / Faculty Directories
Pictures Plus also allows schools to create customized directories
of students and/or staff. When designing and producing
directories, schools can include pictures of staff and students,
as well as any demographic information stored in Administrator’s
Plus. Directories can be emailed, printed or posted to your school
web portal.

If your teachers use the TeacherPlus Gradebook, they will see the
student pictures from Pictures Plus in their gradebook. Teachers
can easily drag and drop student pictures into customizable class
seating charts. Furthermore, teachers can record a student absent
or tardy by simply clicking on the student’s photo. Attendance
information is automatically sent to Administrator’s Plus.
